    They showed up at my door presenting themselves as representatives of PPL. They asked to look at my current bill. They assured me they could save me money on my electric bill. They mumble something at the end about Spring Power and Gas and PPL. They are totally deceptive and underhanded in their practice. The money they claim they are saving you turns out to be for 1 month. Then the rate goes up to at least what you are currently paying. The rate then becomes variable, meaning they can make it whatever they want. TOTAL scammers and totally unethical business practice.

    In order for an enrollment to be accepted, a voice verification call must be completed. During this call, the consumer is asked a series of questions to confirm the desire to enroll with Spring Power & Gas as a supplier. This call also confirms that the consumer understands and accepts the terms of enrollment. We appreciate your feedback and have forwarded these concerns to the sales managers. Per your request your enrollment was cancelled. If you wish to provide any further details regarding this interaction please feel free to contact our customer service team and ask to speak to a member of our compliance team.
