    From the minute **** arrived until the minute he left, **** was courteous and considerate. He had to replace a Delta faucet and met with problems from the ************* despite their lifetime warranty. I have serious health issues and **** did everything that he could to make things easier for me. He helped me remove the items under the sink which was difficult with a prolapsed pelvis and did a through clean-up afterwards. The process was painful for me so thank you for sending a polite professional, caring technician to my home. **** went above and beyond in completing the job and helping me.

    I had Vinny stop by my house to get an estimate on a either wall units or a new central air. He was courteous, professional and honest throughout the entire walk through. Was legitimately the best experience I have ever had when dealing with companies and estimates. Extremely knowledgeable and followed up with me on some questions and concerns I had with going forward. Can't recommend enough.

    Would not recommend this company, company installing OIL FIRED UNITS THAT THEY CAN NOT SERVICE, and have the nerve to try to sign you up on their GOLD MAINTAINANCE PROTECTION PLAN.

    Our experience with Varsity is always great. Today’s service with ******* * was exceptional. He was unbelievably knowledgeable in the field. He worked fast, competent. It is hard to get good help these days. ******* * took pride in his work and generally was concerned with any issues we had. He was patient and kind and made sure we were happy. What a pleasurable experience.

    I had a similar experience to **** **(9/12/22 Post). My service was done in May of 22. We had issues with our air handler which was causing a leak. They needed to replace a part but had to order it. This was the second time the part was ordered b/c the first tech did not diagnose the issue correctly. The tech the second time diagnosed the problem correctly and said he could get us hot water for showers until the part arrived. I woke up the next morning with 5 inches of water in my basement. They also refused to take full responsibility and had me go through my insurance company. They also refused to pay the entire $1000 insurance deductible and only gave me part of it. I am still now dealing with the insurance company and my basement is still not fully finished. On top of that my home owner insurance company will not be renewing my policy.

    I received several quotes on replacing a ductless unit. Varsity by far was the best company to deal with! The technician,******* was exceptional! The ONLY tech who actually analyzed the unit and told me exactly what was wrong with it! I had an option to repair or replace…. Wow! Just got quotes from the other companies based on looking at it for a few minutes. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism! Very rare nowadays.

    Courteous,knowledgeable,& competent service & repairs. Couldn't ask for better !Technicians explain what is to be done, take care to wear coverings over shoes etc, to protect the home, and efficiently do the job. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending this company based on my experiences with them.
