  Company is a rip off. Try charging me 1800 dollars for a heating fix that was fixed by another company for ******. This place rips people off. Be aware shop around this company is a disgrace. Plus their fix for 1800 dollars wasnt even the problem. Shameful for a company to knowingly rip customers off. Absolutely unreal

  It is very important to us that any customer concern is always dealt with in a timely manner. Upon initially hearing of your concern via email, we immediately looked into this with our customer ********************** manager, who called you and left a voicemail requesting a call back. We did not hear from you in response to this contact attempt, and we regret not getting the chance to rectify the issue with you directly. We understand that businesses and customers will not always agree on pricing based upon how important this type of value is to them, but we can assure you that we would not be in business for more than six decades if we had any intent to rip people off as you stated. We are sorry to hear that you decided against using our service after receiving a quote that was higher than expected. We cannot speak to the work that another plumber performed as we are unsure of whether, within that short timeframe, they executed the same job tasks, with the same parts, with the same skilled labor. At Varsity Home Service, we are dedicated to providing top quality home repair and replacement services by using only the best materials and equipment in the industry and providing top-notch workmanship on every single job. When called upon for a repair, our technicians thoroughly assess the situation and recommended the repair option they feel in their professional opinion are the most beneficial for your system. It may not always be the cheapest 'band aid' solution, and it may not be the most expensive solution. The recommendation will always depend on the nature of the repair as well as other factors such as the age and condition of the system overall.   ***** is such a pro! I was having issues maintaining the temperature of my shower which was very frustrating and ***** from Varsity came to the rescue. He immediately identified the problem, educated me on how the system works and gave me tips for maintenance. He has the parts handy in his truck and was able to resolve everything in less than an hour. He also was very clean, put everything back to the way it was and also work shoe coverings as he ran back and forth between the shower and basement. Highly recommend!

  Varsity was great! From the initial estimate with ******* to the install with ***** and his crew( ************************** and *****). They were on time, courteous, thorough, competent and went above and beyond. Pricing was very fair. I highly recommend varsity for AC duct work and will continue to use them for future HVAC needs.

  Other than the fact that your company over booked ***** and he could not arrive in the 8:00-12:00 window, ***** more than made up for it with the efficiency of his work and his friendly and professional manner. i would recomment ***** to anyone who asks.. he is a Great emplloyee and should probably be considered for a raise within your organization.
