    I trusted SGT Auto Transport to pick up 2 vehicles from ******, and deliver to *******. Our driver ****** showed up as scheduled and stayed in contact with me throughout. The cars were even delivered 4 days earlier than expected and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend SGT Auto Transport for any auto shipping needs.

    Every person I talked to was very kind and patient in answering all of my questions. I did have one hiccup..when deciding if SGT **** was the best option for me, I had one request and that was my car could not be delivered to my destination on one specific day at the time slot of 9-12, since I was due to land that morning. I would have no way to receive my car since I was still in the air. I was told this was no problem-that they could write a note that my car could not be delivered before 12 on that day. I then chose to move forward with SGT since I was told this. Once my car was already picked up, I then received a call saying it would be delivered at that destination around 9AM. That is exactly what I was promised would not happen. Thankfully everyone I spoke to was very kind and arranged to have it delivered the following day. I am not sure if that note was not written or if it was missed by someone else, but I was bummed & disappointed about that incident. I otherwise think SGT is a company I would use again.

    Car was picked up on time and delivered on the first day of initial delivery window. Both drivers were friendly and professional. No damage to the vehicle (just big residue on the windshield haha).
