    Throughout the entire process SGT was professional and helpful, though I cannot say that I am happy with the end result. Somewhere in the process between SGT dispatching a contract to a carrier (they are a broker NOT a carrier), somebody messed up the delivery date, telling the carrier to deliver the car *no earlier* than a week after the delivery date that I had arranged. I only found out about this on what was supposed to be the delivery day when I had to call a carrier rep. SGT had never made any effort to check in with the carrier about the progress of the shipment, and never sent me any updates about the location of my car. When I notified SGT, they blamed their system, but offered no path for recourse or recouping the significant costs of being without the car while starting a new position. They initially assured me it would be delivered before the start of the next week, but it seems whoever was responsible fell out of the loop and the carrier was not urged in any way to "accellerate" the delivery (which was already a week late). The car ended up being delivered 9 days after originally scheduled (in transit ~16 days).
