  I had my 2019 mustang shipped from ********** to *******, when I received my car its was stripped. The spoiler was missing and the stereo equipment was stolen. I contacted the *** and all of a sudden they couldnt speak English. I filed a complaint with the company and no one helped. Please be careful when you ship a car through *** Autotransport, please take everything that can come out.

  I signed a contract with *** in 2024 for vehicle transport. Price and dates were agreed to. Then, the bait and switch.*** calls multiple times to essentially tell me "we looked and looked, no one will ship your vehicle for that low of a price." I tell them its not my problem and that they should know their market before providing signed quotes. Long story short, it was multiple days, calls, and texts, and I didn't have time to go with another pick up person. They tell me the best thing at this point is to cancel the contract.....Best thing for who? For me, the best thing is for you to honor your word because I was betting on it.I caved and paid the extra amount, which ended up putting them at a similar price point as the their competitors. Such shady business ************ advice to anyone reading this is to be prepared for this precise scenario to happen to you. I'm still considering making an official complaint to the *** and to the **********************************. I want justice, I just don't want to waste more time with these people. I learned my ****** the hard way. You don't have to follow in my shoes. Learn from my mistake.

  Recent experience with **** felt liked I was rushed thru process, could barely understand the person and did not get any assurance on when they would pick up my car. I have suggested to the company that they need to be upfront with customers regarding 149 cx fee. I would never do this process over the phone. Have used Montway shipping several times with excellent service, thought I would save a few bucks using **** I was dead wrong. Would not recommend them to anyone.

  We appreciate any honest feedback, we offer the same.  As any business, we put in a lot of time, money  and effort into serving our customers in order to achieve overall success for them as well as us as a business.  No one is forced to use our services, but utilizing our resources and choosing not to pay for the costs associated, is unreasonable and unethical.

  SGT was hired to utilize our auto hauling industry expertise and proprietary vetted motor carrier network to set up transport with a licensed and insured motor carrier.

  Unlike most brokers, we stand by our commitment to providing you the best service possible by executing contract agreements that bind our commitment to our customers. This is to help our customers not hurt them. We take that commitment seriously and expect that from our customers as well.

  What the general public and most first time shippers do not understand is a tremendous amount of resourcing goes into the set up transports and the vetting of our motor carrier network to ensure proper carrier government and insurance credentials. The moment the service contract is signed by our customer, there are no delays in taking action to resource that transport.

  We therefore maintain a strict cancellation policy and we go to great lengths to be transparent by communicating this in many ways; verbally, on our website, linked in customer emails, and within the signed customer contract. Unfortunately, the customer breached our mutual written contract,  used our resources, then canceled, making a cancellation fee applicable.

  This company is nothing but a scam! They quoted me 879 to transport my vehicle. When they finally found a carrier the price increased to 1200!I signed a contract as the set price and they were not able to honor it and because their carrier wanted more they were also going to charge me. In my mind I signed a contract they should honor it. They told me the price increase was because not alot of cars were leaving my area. I spoke with another broker and they confirmed they had a good amount of vehicles leaving. So not only were they going to charge me more they flat out lied. Anyone trying to use them RUN! I am glad I didn't have them ship my car because otherwise I probably would of had to pay the driver double to drop it off. NOTHING BUT A SCAM!!!!

  I was transporting a vehicle long distance and last minute the transport had mechanical issues! Within 30 minutes they had contacted another person and he was at my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again in the future
