    The overall business with *** was satisfactory. However, my car was scheduled to pickup on Sept. 18, 2024 around noon. Due to our mistake we could not handover the car to courier company because our car key was misplaced. The courier left the pickup location and after sometime we got the keys and called the carrier again and carrier driver agreed to come again to pickup the car but did not show up until evening even did not received the calls and did not respond the messages. That was distressful for my friend who was there from noon to handover the car. At least the courier driver should responds our call or messages that he/she cannot pickup the car. This is not way the professional companies do business I guess.

    In the past I've used other companies to transport my vehicles and was not satified. Finding *** per my experience has been the BEST find and will continue to do business with them in the future. Great customer support and always there when needed.

    **** and switch company!!! I needed my daughter's car moved quickly from ****** to ********. I wanted it picked up on Sept. 20 and delivered the 23/24th of September. I was told they could do that but only if I was willing to pay the extra $300 for the "white glove treatment" to ensure my dates. They guarantee pickup and delivery is estimated as the 23rd and should not be a problem. I signed it and paid the extra money. The carrier started calling on the 5th over and over again saying he was on the way to get the car even though it was not supposed to ship until the 20th. I had to call *** and tell them to have him stop calling my daughter for early pickup. The day they showed up to get the car, with no warning, they called and said we had 10 minutes to get home with the car. September 23rd came and went and we kept calling, and *** kept saying the car was coming. Every day we called. Long story, the car didn't even leave ****** until the 27th and arrived the 30th. I would call and ask for a supervisor who would promise to follow up and they would not get back with me!!! I understood the delivery date was only an estimate, but the verbal message was that the car would be there by the 23/24th and once they got my money, they could care less about where my car was!!! There was no bad weather, it was a matter of the transport carrier they hired, not doing their job and transporting the car like the contract says!!! I had to talk until I was blue in the face to receive a $100 discount from the transport company and *** says they are going to send a $50 gift card but we will see if I actually receive that. *** should refund my $300!!! I could have gone with another carrier and gotten it sooner. I will never do business with *** again.

    I have no problem so far with my car shipment. Everyone was very helpful and courteous and had answers immediately to any questions. I am to receive my car tomorrow and hope I am pleased with delivery. This shipment was during hurricane ****** so not a normal situation.

    I wish I could zero stars. My husband tried to book this company for his truck as he is retiring from the military. He was quoted around $1787. Today when they called to pick up the truck, the cost is now $2400 due market increase. However, when requested a new online quote the price suddenly substantially lowerthe price today is $1416. This is so ridiculously wrong & is against the law. We are seeking the advice of attorney to ensure this ************* tactic is stopped.

    We had a terrible experience with SGT. ******* our car was new, we had it shipped in a container. It arrived two days late and was filthy inside and out- clearly, they left the windows open during shipment. Whats more they didnt return one of the key fobs, which they said they would mail. After many calls the fob was never returned and we got no response from SGT. ***** this company.
