    I will definitely be using SGT again. The service was spot on. They picked up my car on the morning of the 2nd day, within the specified window. They then safely delivered my car approx 1200 miles, in the morning of the 3rd day. I believe if there wasn't the icy conditions in my pick up area, it would have been delivered in 2 days. The driver was very professional and careful with my "baby".
    I am very glad I found them when I was searching for someone to transport my car from NJ to Florida.

    Worst company ever to exist. When I first booked over the phone I was guaranteed my car would be shipped 1-3 business days out. The guy on the phone said he would have a driver monday or tuesday. Then I got a phone call saying they had a driver for thursday which I agreed to. They charged a huge deposit as well. Then Wednesday afternoon came and I heard no call about pickup time. I called and apparently the driver changed the pick up time to Thursday. Then Thursday morning came and I got a phone call saying there was yet again "another issue with pick up". They reassigned me to another pickup for monday and promised it would be picked up. I then called and the driver said it wasn't 100% guarantee. I called the cancel and they tried to lower the price. I have been told I was going to get calls back and no reponses until I call again. Each time different representatives tell me different things. It feels like an entire scam happening and now they won't refund me my deposit even though they have broke every guarantee and told me over the phone I could be refunded but changed their mind. It has been a nightmare working with this company and I would never recommend it to anyone else.

    Our first & last experience with this company. Arrangements were made for auto to be picked up beginning Dec 27, 2022, with expectation the auto would arrive by January 1 or 2nd. We flew down to Florida on January 1, 2023. After many daily calls to company they could not give us a definite answer when it would be picked up or when it would arrive. When looking over the agreement we found that they were not responsible for definitive pick up or delivery dates. The out for SGT was “if & when they found a driver to pick up & deliver”. So bottom line is they don’t have drivers for your car delivery when you thinking they do. We canceled agreement on January 3, 2023. Within a 1/2 hour the company started calling, emailing,etc. they found a driver and our auto would get picked up the next day. How ironic all of sudden they had a driver after we canceled. They deserve less than 1 star!

    Horrible experience with this company. Promised car would be picked up on a specific date and delivered no later than a specific date. The company they used to transport my vehicle was horrible as well. Lied constantly about picking up my vehicle then went silent and never gave me any info re delivery. Called and called only to be told the truck broke down. Not sure how anyone would ever give them a good rating. DO NOT USE THIS TRUCKING COMPANY to book your car transport EVER!

    After dates were established for shipping and receipt on the other end, SGT "dispatched" my order to a carrier with dates that were outside of my requirements. My car would arrive at the destination before I did, and nobody could pick it up. They said they would keep searching, and 4 days before my pickup date they emailed saying no carriers were available. I requested that they cancel the order and refund my $329. I made other arrangements at great expense to me. After a month, I checked with them about my refund and even though they had emailed saying it was in process, during the phone call they refused to refund my money because they had "dispatched" a carrier already. Never mind it was the wrong date. After much back and forth, they refused to return my money. I am a first time transport user and did not realize this was such a shady business. I would never EVER use this company again.
