  After seeing all the fantastic reviews and everybody’s accolades as to this company’s promise to attention and quick response, as well as fast shipping, I decided to try them out over the weekend only to find out that no one ever called me back they make you fill out the survey before they even get a hold of you so you have to give them five stars as to how easy it was to request a quote.
  So basically, they just have people give them five stars on how they get a quote started not how they finish up with a quote. I called them three times today Monday only to be told that somebody was working on my case and would call me right back I don’t know what right back means to these people but I can promise you it’s not 48 hours.
  Here it is 930 at night and I’m still waiting for someone to call me back right away promising me five star service more like one star service. I would never recommend these people and will never use them again. I ended up finding a shipper in an 1 hour tonight at 9:15 PM - they not only gave me a quote right away, but also set up the truck for tomorrow. I’m sure tomorrow I still won’t get a response from these five star shippers and good riddance. By the time they do call me back my car will have already been delivered to the location It was supposed to be delivered to.
