  This was the first time we had a car shipped and the experience couldn’t have been better. We had an issue with our car and had to reschedule - easy peasy, no problems. Pickup was simple and the car arrived at my daughter’s home on time with no issues. Just a great experience.

  Good communication throughout the process. The driver was personable, knowledgeable and professional, and pick up and drop off times were actually sooner than scheduled, which was a benefit to us. Car arrived with no damages.

  I am so overwhelmed with how efficient this company is from the first call. The scheduling was very easy to do, I’m a newbie to having a car sent by a transport company. I was nervous in the beginning about costs, I couldn’t have driven the 12 hours pulling an empty trailer so that I could sleep in a cheap hotel and eat Beany Weenies. Load it up by myself and drive 12 hours with now a heavier load eating away my mpg on my truck.I would have spent more money and my time along with the additional money I would have spent on gas, hotel and food.
  The driver, Mike was in constant contact with me and gave me accurate day and the time he would there to pickup the car and drop off.
  I especially want to thank “ Julian” with all the upfront questions, he gave calm logical answers and he was always available if needed.? The dispatcher were quick and efficient and very friendly. Mike, the driver was very hospitable and respectful.
  This is wonderful company who can really depend on to transport your vehicle!

  Do not use this company.
  Even if you have to pay a little more somewhere else trust me you are better off!!
  DO NOT USE
  SGT AUTO TRANSPORT!!
  THEY LIE ABOUT BEING INSURED.
  THEIR INSURANCE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY CAR BEING DAMAGED BY THE HORRIBLE COMPANY THEY BROKERED OUT CALLED
  US AUTO TRANSPORT OUT OF PEMBROKE PINES FLORIDA .THE DRIVER PEDRO ARCILA DAMAGED MY VEHICLE AND LIED TO EVERY ONE ABOUT IT!!

It is important to note that SGT Auto Transport is a broker, and as such, we do not own any of the trucks that we use for transporting vehicles. However, we only work with fully licensed and insured carriers who have proper insurance coverage.
  
  We are happy to confirm that the carrier we used for your transport is insured and covered by cargo insurance, which should cover the cost of any damages incurred during transport. We take insurance coverage very seriously and always ensure that our carriers have proper insurance coverage before working with them.
