    fraudulent debt collection attempt with cancelation fees for services i never booked in the first place.

    Dear Maximilian,

    Thank you for your feedback. We would like to take the opportunity to clarify the situation regarding your cancellation and the subsequent actions taken.

    As per Point 8(A) and Point 8(C) of the terms and conditions in the signed contract, your cancellation violated both clauses:

    Point 8(A): The customer must send a written cancellation notice to *********************************************************.

    Point 8(C): Cancellation occurs for a transport that is double-booked with other broker companies.

    Due to these violations, the cancellation fee was applicable. When we were unable to collect the fee and no payment method was provided, despite it being clearly outlined in the contract, our team followed the procedures set forth in Point *************************************************************** chargebacks for services rendered or cancellation fees would be reviewed in accordance with the terms and conditions. If necessary, the matter would be escalated to a collections agency, which may result in additional fees.

    We understand this may be frustrating.  You may ask why we apply such cancellation fees and the reason is because upon receipt of the signed Customer Shipping Contract, our Motor Carrier resourcing immediately begins.  A tremendous amount of resourcing goes into the vetting of our Motor Carrier network to ensure proper credentials, for the safety of our Customers' vehicles.  We therefore maintain a strict cancellation policy to maximize the quality of our service.

    As a business, we honor our contracts and expect the same of our Customers.  When Customers utilize our resources and violates terms within their accepted contract, we have the right to recoup the cost of our lost time and resources.

    Overall a great experience from pickup to drop off. *** worked with me to get the car loaded at a dealership and sent 1300 miles. This was the first time shipping a vehicle, but they made the process easy. I would use them again in the future.
