    Easy is the best word to describe everything about my experience. Getting an accurate quote? Easy. Scheduling? Easy? Changing the pickup date? Easy. Payment? Easy. Getting updates on my delivery? Easy.
    Most affordable option AND I could chat with someone at any time. Communication is borderline too much from them but in reality, that's what a company should do when you are using their services for something big like this.
    I would highly recommend using SGT for your transport needs. No hidden fees. No sketchy estimates. Nice people.

    My experience with *** was exceptional! Everything went very smooth, cost was reasonable, and the transporter they hired to transport my vehicle from the Northeast to ************* was EXCELLENT! Very pleased with everything and would highly recommend ***!

    I signed a contact for a Monday- Wednesday pick up window for my 2016 mini cooper to be move from California to New York. The pick up window passed and the finally assigned a pick up driver for Thursday. Upon following up with the driver they were giving contradicting information from what I was told by the SGT representative. I’ve called and spoke to several different off shore customers service representatives and it still hasn’t been picked up. I would NOT recommend this company. There customer service is horrible!!!

    Not reputable. Don't use them. They quoted one price for a pick up window then called later offering a program to pay an upgrade for the same service they quoted in the first place. If I could give zero stars I would.

    Did a great job. A slight communication issue but it all worked out. Only issue I had was a late night delivery. after 11pm and had to meet I. A parking lot.

    This was the first time I shipped a vehicle and it couldnt have gone any smoother! Pickup and delivery were right as scheduled. Shipped 1000 miles and delivery was completed in 2 days from pickup.
