  Good company. No issues with pickup or delivery except just short notice on the pick up or drop off. Only allowing 10 minutes either way

  From the moment that I called to inquire about transporting a family car, the staff at SGT Auto Transport Corp. were informative, friendly, courteous and helpful. They provided me with a quote, pick-up and delivery schedule and spoke to me about the downpayment and final payment due upon delivery.   Biggest fraud never agreed to use they never picked up cars know stating they never charged me. I have 495.00 out of my account. Company is a bunch of liars. Refuse to issue credit saying can't and wont.

Our company operates within an estimated 1-3 business day timeframe, and a designated carrier company was assigned to conduct the pickup on the third day of this specified window. We wish to clarify that no cancellation request was received from you prior to this designated date. In accordance with point 7(b) of our terms and conditions, it is stipulated that any cancellation requests must be formally submitted in written form to the provided email address.
  Upon receipt of your cancellation request, our team promptly processed the request and proceeded to refund the remaining balance.

  SGT transport failed to pickup my car. They didnt even post on central dispatch which all brokers list on for carriers to pickup. my order # was ******. just in case they want to say i wasnt a real customer. find another broker before using them. i now have to wait 2 weeks for car to be picked up.

  BEWARE! I paid my deposit. SGT called to schedule pickup and informed me the balance due would be 1/3 more than quoted. I was told the driver wanted more money. You advertise. NO HIDDEN FEES. Very bad business. Stand behind your quote or get new drivers. Very disappointed considering your high rating!
