      We were quoted a price for transporting our car for $895.00. Three days before the car was to be picked up, Road Runner Auto Transport/V2 Logistics Corp. called and said it would cost $1301.00! That is $506.00 more! We have the Booking Confirmation of $895 and states "Due on Delivery" $0.00! We had to pay the increased amount if we wanted the car transported! COMPLETE FRAUD! When we called and complained, they said that was the price if we wanted the car transported. Be warned - do not use this car transport company!

There can sometimes be a surge in demand around the time of a customers desired shipment dates, leading to a lack of carrier availability. In order to try to accommodate these desired dates and avoid shipment delays, we may contact the customer and offer an optional rate increase. Customers are always free to either wait for more carrier availability or cancel at no charge. We regret any confusion this situation may have caused and are committed to improving our communication and service in the future.

      Great service! Stellar Communication. The driver communicated very well with road delays ( I-10) and when to meet. I was really thankful they set up the pick up from ***** for me. I will recommend this company for overall spectacular service from start to finish.

      Original booking you cancelled and rebooked which was a bit disappointing but when you assigned **** to be our transporter he was kind, considerate and awesome. Much appreciated during a stressful time.

      My son had my car on a roadtrip, and experienced some transmission issues on the road roughly 500 miles from home. The dealership was unresponsive and rude and I couldn't have been more grateful for the very quick online estimate followed a half hour later by a phone call from ******. I was able to get my car scheduled for pickup from ***********, ** to ******, ** the week of July 4th, and my car was delivered to my local dealership a full day before I expected it! They were excellent and if I am ever unfortunate enough to need to transport my car again, I would not hesitate to contract with them again! Thank you!!
