      Fast! I contacted them in the afternoon About picking up a car in another state. They did it and had it delivered the very next day! Awesome. The delivery driver was so nice and very responsive. Great company!!!

      Alaska car transport is one of the top 10 businesses I have worked with. I am very impressed with their flexibility and adaptability with my situation. I had a job lined up in *********, and had my car shipped up there in the mean time. Unfortunately the job fell through, and as a result I needed to have my car sent back down. Alaska Car Transport worked with me to get my car on the way back down. They have been able to change dates and adjust my booking multiple times. Definitely recommend this company!

      We have used **** ****** Car transport services in the past week and are very displeased with the types of customer service that they provide. Our car was being transported from ******** to ******* and arrived with major damages to the roof and roof racks. This was due to the car carries ****************************, operated and owned by ***** whose company is out of ***********************. Unfortunately when we reached out to the company they notified us we were outside of the 5 day window and could not help us with anything. They washed their hands of the situation and referred us to their employee a sub contractor who operated the transport. it was very unprofessional and disappointing to experience the type of service when we have used them previously. The car carrier who is the sole owner of ***************************, ***** answered the call and told me to send him photos and video of the damage. After that we never heard from him again. I am left with a huge repair bill, increased insurance coverage and damage to my car. I would not recommend this car carrier to anyone.
