1 starRoadrunner was supposed to pick up my car 2 days ago. They still haven't pick it up and communication has been non-existent (unless I call them). After waiting on hold for 30 minutes for 30 min this morning, I finally got a Roadrunner *** who had no info, but said they would reach out to dispatch to see what is going on. Absolutely, terrible customer service and now I'll have to rent a car because of Roadrunner's delays.V2 Logistics Corp.

1 starRoad Runner is terrible. Zero communication once they take your money.The car was scheduled for pickup on Monday. After no communication from Road Runner, we started calling. After five attempts, we finally got someone who put us through to dispatching. The answer was that they had no information on the driver's location.The driver finally showed up at 7:00 pm on Tuesday evening.We went to meet the vehicle at the contracted time on Thursday and weren't surprised it wasn't there. We tried calling/texting the driver, the contracted hauler (who spoke zero English and would only text), and then Road Runner. We had yet to get an answer from Road Runner. After the driver told us he was 6-7 hours away on Friday, his dispatcher texted us to let us know he was stuck behind a bad accident (which we now do not believe since there was nothing on the news about a major crash at the suggested location.) Friday was pushed into Saturday with more of the same non-response. Only after suggesting legal intervention, including reporting the vehicle stolen, did we hear back from the dispatcher that the car was now magically en route and we should have it within 2 hours. 2 hours later, the driver arrived and claimed to have lost his cell phone.During this entire time, the Road Runner tracking tool shows the car scheduled to be picked up last week. Even 24 hours after delivery, the car still shows the pending pickup. I've also tried to call them to discuss the issues and concerns and have zero callbacks.This is more than an inconvenience. Multiple people took off work to make arrangements and be available to meet the driver. It is NOT going to be door-to-door. It is understandable that these are trailers that cannot navigate through neighborhoods, so you have to take the car to them to meet the transport. But because of the delays, 36 man-hours of work were lost.V2 Logistics Corp.

1 starSpoke to both *** and ****. Both lack integrity, very rude, condescending and unprofessional. I was called several times/days in a row and hung up on when requesting to file a complaint. When I reminded *** that he hung up on me because he got frustrated by me inquiring about mileage per day that my car will be transported (to check time frame of delivery) on Nov 12, 2024, he then says to me Well, Im calling you back today. I then asked to his supervisor **** (who had the exact same attitude).. when I clearly saw that there would be no resolve and **** lacked conflict resolution or customer service, I then asked to speak to the owner of company and was told by **** that no one is above him. He then proceeds to do just as his employee and hang up on ******* your money and go with a transportation company who values you as a paying customer, wont harass you by calling just be hung up on and is open to questions as it pertains to transporting your vehicle.V2 Logistics Corp.

1 starI will never recommend this company to anyone. They deserve zero stars. Multiple phone calls, attempts at connecting with them after our car was picked up...they either keep you on hold forever, hang up on you, or pass you around from agent to agent, who keeps saying that they are the wrong **************** else will help you. Before signing the contract, we spoke extensively with Road Runner about our ********** were guaranteed by them certain details of our pick up & drop off of our vehicle. Our vehicle ended up arriving two days late, with the carrier contracted by Road Runner (my understanding is their name is Max **** Transport, based out of IL) being incredibly rude & difficult to communicate with. We contacted Road Runner about the issues and how our car was originally dropped off in the wrong city (it was left in *******, ** on Wednesday instead of being delivered to *******) and Road Runner said it is between us and the carrier...WHAT?! We paid Road Runner and had a contract with them, they contracted the carrier. It shouldn't be our responsibility that they contracted out with a terrible carrier with horrible communication and lack of professionalism. When we'd go to the carrier with our concerns and try to locate our car, the carrier would say to take it up with Road Runner. It was clear that these two businesses handle their operations by just pointing the finger at each other, deflecting responsibility, & leaving it up to the paying customer to try to locate & obtain their vehicle.We had to constantly call & text the carrier to finally get answers as to where our car was. They kept changing the dates & times on us for delivery - every time we would express ************************ and how we had booked out our calendars for this, the dispatcher Max would lose his temper. My final interaction with him was him calling my phone, me picking up, & him screaming at me. They were incredibly unprofessional & unreasonable.Thank God we got our car back.V2 Logistics Corp.

3 starsI was worried because the full amount was charged to my debit card . When I reached out to customer service it was a long hold ******** was transferred a few times . I began to think it was a scam . Other than that it was quick pickup from when I needed it . They told me the date it would be picked up & the drop off day from ** to Az 2 ********* sure was .As long as they improve their customerservice phone line wait , Definitely go with them .V2 Logistics Corp.
