      I bought a motorcycle on a whim during a vacation to ********* and I needed to ship it back to Hawaii less than a week after I purchased it. While doing research I found Hawaii Car Transport and they were able to accommodate my needs as I wasnt going to be able to drive it all the way to ********* to drop it off to the port. *** did most of the footwork for me and at a very competitive price. They were able to pick up my motorcycle from the place I was staying at, bring it to the port of ********* all while updating me about travel times from start to finish. My motorcycle arrived undamaged and in one piece (which says a lot especially to us riders) Everything was as they said and they were very helpful throughout the entire process. If I ever purchase another bike from the mainland I will definitely be using Hawaii Car Transport again! FLAWLESS SERVICE! Thank you Hawaii Car Transport!

      Overall, I'm happy with the service. The car arrived in good condition and arrived on time. When I talked to the "quoter," he advised that I not deal with any companies that increase the price when they pick up the car. Then, Roadrunner added $50 to the quote when he picked up the car. Something about a change in the route ahead. The car was picked up a day late, which was fine, since I'm not in a hurry for the car. The transit time was quoted as 3 Days. In fact the driver made up the day-late time and delivered the car on the originally quoted day. No updates to status while in route. I can understand that it's hard for the drivers to identify a pickup location days in advance. The trucks can't really go into residential areas. The car arrived at 10:30 pm in a dark alley behind a Target store. My wife and I didn't feel too threatened in the alley, but it wasn't an ideal location. The driver seemed to speak only Russian. Very nice and pleasant. He had already unloaded the car when we arrived. All's well that ends well. Roadrunner did the job and delivered the car in good condition. Thanks!

      Everything went well, picked up my Truck in **** at 1:30PM on 11/19/24 and was in ******** and dropped on 11/20/24 around 4:30 PM.

      Pick up and delivery was spot on.Very happy with service.Only complaint, no prior phone call as to approximate time of pick up or delivery.I gave cell phone info., for both. And requested cell notification 3 hrs. Prior for both.

      Roadrunner was supposed to pick up my car 2 days ago. They still haven't pick it up and communication has been non-existent (unless I call them). After waiting on hold for 30 minutes for 30 min this morning, I finally got a Roadrunner *** who had no info, but said they would reach out to dispatch to see what is going on. Absolutely, terrible customer service and now I'll have to rent a car because of Roadrunner's delays.
