      This is the second time in 10 years that I've used this service. Great communicators and they went above and beyond to make sure my car was picked up on time, and reassured me when I had any questions or concerns. They definitely back their word up thru action. Great prices and great service! I will recommend them to anyone!

      They advertise tracking, but do not offer the service. Their "tracking" link showed the vehicle on one side of the country and said it was to be delivered on the other side of the country on the same day, while it was actually half-way in-between, even though they didn't know where it was. When they are asked for an explanation, they blamed the carried for failing to tell them. They quoted one price, and then increased it $200 at the last minute. They said it could be delivered in 4-5 days, and took twice as long. Customer serves takes about 20 minutes to pick up the phone. Would NOT recommend.

In these cases, we may offer an optional rate increase to secure a carrier and accommodate the desired ready date, but customers always have the option to wait for availability or cancel without charge. Additionally, we want to clarify that all dates and times provided are estimates, as carriers can face unforeseen delays beyond our control. We apologize for the issues you experienced with our tracking system, which occasionally encounters glitches, and for any frustration caused by long hold times. Please know were actively working to improve our systems and communication to provide a better experience for our customers. Thank you for sharing your concerns.

      Navigating the website for booking was easy. There was not a long wait, pickup and delivery all occurred a few days after booking. Shout out to the driver (wish I knew his name) who transported my vehicle from GA to AL. He was very helpful and pleasant to engage with especially with it being the day after a holiday, Thanksgiving. I would definitely use this company again.

      It has been an excellent experience working with Hawaii Car Transport. Like most people, I never shipped a vehicle to the ********. The folks at Hawaii Car Transport Walked me through each step of the process. More than once I had to call them for guidance. They were very patient with me. Every promise made was fulfilled. If the need comes again to ship another vehicle to **********, I will immediately turn to Hawaii Car Transport. I totally trust them and would hire them again.       Good communication and easy to set things up. The very friendly and courteous driver delivered the car ahead of schedule and without a scratch. Have worked with other shippers who were a nightmare - unexplained delays and damage. 5/5 would use again.
