      They were very organized and did deliver it as they had anticipated.The driver was very experienced and set the car on the truck with care and secured it very well.The only issue that I faced they quoted me $1195.00 but final price came to $1330.00 which I didnt complain about it since seemed fair but if it was upfront price then I wouldnt mention anything.Overall I was satisfied with their service

      I had the unfortunate luck of getting **** ***** as my sales supervisor. He pressured me into booking and providing a credit card over the phone. I confirmed with him that I would be able to cancel the shipment and that there would be no charge or penalty. I ended up doing additional research into Road Runner/V2 Logistics and decided to cancel. **** refused to cancel my shipment, hanging up on me multiple times, claiming I’d never find another auto transportation company within my price range. Eventually, a dispatcher from V2 Logistics called and I was able to cancel the order through him. **** then emailed and called me multiple times, with the same threatening messaging. Over a week later, I received another call from **** - he told me the same thing, that I wouldn’t find another company to ship my cars in my price range. I told him I already canceled the order and have went with a more reputable company, and then he hung up on me again. The level of unprofessionalism is off the charts. Unfortunately, you can’t actually reach anyone else in the company because they’re always closed during their posted business hours, and there is no way to escalate an issue to management. Steer clear!

      I have never shipped a car in my life. I went into it knowing people do this every day and how hard could it actually be? Now I know its incredibly easy. Easier than Christmas returns! I made a phone call, got an email to book and before I knew it a driver wa contacting me to coordinate a pickup spot. Knowing a large truck would be a challenge in my neighborhood I chose a large shopping center where I had seen trucks in and out before. ***** couldnt have been more appreciative or easy to deal with. The car arrived 1 day ahead of schedule too. All in all I would gladly recommend them again!
