I paid this company well over **** dollars to ship my car from ********** to Hawaii. It was picked up October 17th and was supposed to be here and available to pick up on November 11th. I have never received any updates or statuses from them regarding my car after it was picked up, I have to contact them to get info, and its always oh yeah, sorry its still in **********. It has been delayed 3 times now, and its now looking like it wont be here until December. They havent tried anything to rectify the situation, I should be getting a full or partial refund and a rental car until mine arrives. And I have asked for this, they said nothing. Luckily I have a work truck provided by my company, but my wife is stuck at home with no transportation and cannot go look for work until the car arrives. This is costing my family money daily now. We live out in the jungle, no public transportation and nothing within 15 min drive. They have been so unhelpful, rude and condescending.Business Response

The carrier assigned to your vehicles transport successfully delivered to the port within the originally scheduled window to make the intended sailing, however due to port delays that could not have been anticipated your vehicle has not yet sailed. Because delays are common, we always advise that all dates are estimated and subject to change, and it is for this reason we do not offer compensation for accommodations like rentals. This is not a television or microwave we are talking about here, its my car, my only car. I dont WANT my car here, I NEED my car. ts not so much that this company has failed to deliver on time. Its their nonchalant attitude about it all.They have missed the deadline twice now and I have lost all faith. And again, Im the one who had to reach out to find out about these issues. I run a 150 million ************ company, I understand logistics, operations, and most importantly customer servicecommunication goes a long way. So far I have had zero communication. Put my effing car on a boat and get it here, now. Theres obviously a reason why youre not an accredited BBB company and your ****** reviews speak volumes

I contracted Hawaii Car Transport (V2Logistics) on July 23rd 2022 to ship my vehicle door to port from Monroe ** to *******************. I that same day opted to also purchase their insurance policy as the car is a collectors item. On 8/8 the vehicle was picked up with a few minor scratches that we indicated in the pick up inspection. On or about 8/20 I was contacted via phone by ******************************* to make me aware that the key fob was accidentally locked in the vehicle at the port and if I was able to contact AAA to go and open the vehicle. I made ********************* aware that AAA wouldnt unlock the vehicle without me being there and that I was in Hawaii and not wherever the port was where my car was located. She then let me know she would get back to me letting me know my options. The following weekend went by to be contacted and told on 8/26 that I needed to hire a locksmith at my own expense. Even though I protested as I didnt lock the keys inside (there was a key tag stating not to) I still went ahead and hired a locksmith only to be given the wrong address for my vehicle not once but twice. After researching my vehicles location and who was actually handling the shipping (*****) I contracted another locksmith and gave them the correct address myself. Needless to say him accessing the vehicle at the port was over an hour and half and quite the headache for myself and the contracted locksmith. The Vehicle sat immobile for over two weeks at the port. Once it did arrive on 9/16 the car was scratched all over and the driver seat broken. From shipping to arrival no one was willing to assist me. No one attempted to take responsibility for extra costs incurred. Then I submitted a claim for the damage knowing they would decline, which they did. The people I did speak with were sarcastic and I felt belittled. I have all the email exchanges where fault was admitted but no recourse or compensation offered. Worst experience with a business ever. Completely unreliable and unprofessBusiness Response

I have been scheduled for THREE weeks for their carrier to pick up my car on 10/18. The *** OF, I looked at the portal, and the carrier is no longer assigned. I received NO notice from RoadRunner. I had to call and check on the status. Their customer service representatives are SO rude each time I've spoken to them. I tried to cancel yesterday evening, 10/18! They make it impossible to cancel, and I need this to be addressed IMMEDIATELY. Please refund my money for a service you COULD NOT complete. Stop holding me and my nearly $1900 HOSTAGE. This is not fair, and I will *** you if you do not get your act together and do the right thing for your FAILURE to provide services. To top it off, they are giving advice of hiding your keys for pick up and ALLOWING their drivers to hide your keys for drop off. REALLY?!? Okay, let me dig a hole in the ground outside of my apartment complex to ***** my keys? What in the world!!! This is not ethical, safe, or advice a REAL company should give. On 10/4/22 My Classic car was picked up at a shop in ******* and was to be transported to a shop in Bridgeport **** I was given a date of arrival of 10/5/22 . That did not happen, I contacted Roadrunner and their records did not even confirm that the vehicle was picked up however it was confirmed to me that itwas infact picked ** in a photo that was taken by the shop owner in *******. This morning at approx 10AM after calling again for information several time I was told that the driver just called in that the car had been picked up and was going to contact me soon and he had an ETA to the destination in ********** **** of between 3:00 and 4:00PM. I did NOT receive any calls from the driver and the car was also NOT delivered . Upon calling again giving them this information Roadrunner's customer service rep put me on hold for about 20 minutes only to tell me dispatch was trying to reach out to the driver for information as to why the car was not delivered. and would have to call me back Here we are now 5 hours into this once again no dispatcher has not called and the false advertising of Real Time tracking is still showing that the car was not picked up yet. This is realtime? This is ***** advertising . All I want is my car delivered to the shop that it is supposed to be going to. This company has been a nightmirror to deal withCustomer Answer
