  They called my job and left a message stating: Preview:
  "Hi, this is Stephen calling with Capital Link Management. This message is son for ****** for in regards to a legal notice we have here in the office for you. ******, if we do not hear from you, this will be reported as in complete mark and this is false representation for personal gain. So please contact me back directly. At xxx thank you."
  Which makes it seem like it’s a criminal case of some sort instead of a debt collection attempt.

  I spoke to manager “Henry” about a debt And was told I was being sued. He proceeded to tell me that the “court system wasn’t here to make people feel warm and fuzzy” and that I am just an “intelligent person trying to give the run around” when I told him about my mailing issue. I ended up crying trying to explain how this situation intimidated and scared me having never had to deal with something like this before and was told I was just lying and that my generation doesn’t know how the “real world works”. I have never been treated so poorly and am honestly very scared about what they will try to do even though I have pod the debt now.

  The employers at Capital link management are very rude. I made an agreement to what they had asked me about account that I owed that I needed to pay back I agreed upon a weekly payments and maybe two or three payments didn't go through they never contacted me until now here we are a month and a half later. And I have a woman who works at Capital link management call me with a rude attitude telling me that a payment never went through when I clearly have gotten it through my account saying that I made one payment and one down payment but it is at my fault that they couldn't contact the person who needed to make the payments which was me I didn't tell her that she needs to stop being rude on the phone and talk to me normal and I hang the phone up she calls right back with a different phone number telling me that I needed to make my bill payment you stupid moron and then she hangs the phone up on me. What company would have people that are rude to customers like that

  Received a call from Capital Link Management LLC stating I owed money on a loan. The woman who called me was kind and professional. When I told her I dis not have a loan that matched the loan number or amount, she transferred me to a man who was very rude and accusatory saying he know I owe the money and started raising his voice almost yelling at me! Very unprofessional! I'm a 68 year old and very responsible in all my finances - this call truly upset me. I lost my cool and used language that was inappropriate then hung and and called back. This time I spoke with another person who was very understanding. I hope this doesn't happen to any one else. There's enough pain and suffering in the world without having a company like Capital Link Management LLC. calling and harassing people. Thank you.

  I’m so sick and tired of Capital Link Management ringing my phone 50 million times a day and leaving text msgs regarding a debt I know I don’t owe. Just like all reviews I’’v read about this scam company, their doing the same thing to me! It needs to stop immediately! Please help!

  I have been paying on a collection account for a year I have received any letters with a balance owed. Every time I call or email I get no reply. My payments are drafted from my bank account monthly

  Receiving multiple calls from this company from multiple numbers and then get transferred to multiple persons - each one becoming a bit more aggressive and abusive. Each one making threats and claims that obviously go against the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Then when asking for them to mail something in writing they refuse throwing out a date stating they already did. When asking for proof, the don't want to provide that proof. If they truly have a debt from the place they claim, this debt was sold to either them or one of their partners. They make the claim the original creditors attorney reached out to them which is false. AVOID dealing with this scum bottom feeder collector. They will add an astronomical amount to the original amount you owe. Don't fall for it. Give no banking information.

  If I could click on 0 I would! CLM is so rude! So this guy Andrew called and apparently I have a debt still from years ago that I thought was paid off and he explained it wasn’t and we set up a payment arrangement that was supposed to come out yesterday 1-31-23 but my bank blocked it and once I found out I contacted them for confirmation I tried called CLM back to confirm I approved the transaction but no one answered. Andrew called back while I was at work and left a threatening message saying that I was marked as false representation and personal gain for putting a card on file to stall for time.. What?! Lol First off I’m military and sent this to my Lawyer and he said that’s crazy and they can’t just threaten me let alone make **** up to put “in their system” before they even speak to me… CLM can delete my information and I have sent all information to my Lawyer and I will call back and will work with someone other than Andrew!

  This company continuously calls and leaves text messages. We have no affiliation with this company. If you block there number they use a different one. They threaten to take us to court. Annoying and needs to stop.

  Capital Link Management reached out to my ex wife and daughter giving out detailed in fort about my “dept”. The names of the parties involved, dates and the debt itself. This goes against FDCPA regulations. When I spoke to their against I recorded him threatening to reach out to people on my social media as well. They claim my daughter told them she was my employee and they had every right to give out that information to an employee which I also have recorded. This has been sent to my attorney and I will be reaching out and filing a complaint with the FDCPA as well. They can’t deny the recordings and the way they acted and broke the law. Regardless this mater is pertaining to a check that was given to me for services provided. I took the check to a check cashing store and they did their due diligence and cashed the check which ended up coming back insufficient. The person who issued the check is not making good on it so they are coming after me by what seems like any way possible even if it involves breaking the law
