  They utilize illegal and deceptive tactics to harass distant family members of anyone who might remotely be related to someone they purchased debt on.
  File FTC complaints. They claim to record every call but I highly doubt it since the recording they left on my phone today is a complete violation of federal interstate regulations. These jerks are openly committing wire fraud to try to intimidate anyone remotely related to someone so that they can collect their dues.
  Harassment, intimidation and skirting federal law aren't the way to be in business, they are the way to become known as a shady group of vultures.
  Filing a CFPB complaint and encourage others to.

  They called me I answered because the first message I received said it was a legal matter. So I answered the next time they were able to tell me about what debt I owed my information and everything. How ever I just want to make sure they weren't scamming me. As I haven't recieved anything in the mail regarding the matter just a phone call and the voicemail wasn't exactly detailed

  what a rude person named Ryan on the phone. Ryan is trying to get ahold of someone with the same name as myself. Different middle name but he is too Stupid to look into that along with the other person is 10-15 yrs younger than myself. Before i would start harassing someone along with calling other relatives. MAYBE the Idiot could do some proper research.
  This guy should be FIRED from his position immediately.

  Worst company ever, they have taken money from my account when they were not supposed to then they make it seem as though it is ok since debt is owed. I never denied there was a debt owed but we agreed upon a date and they pulled out funds on another random date. This company is the worst ever.

  I received a text message from this company. When I called to gain information. They were very rude!! They refused to transfer the call to a supervisor. They called me a broke bum, this is unacceptable. What kind of company is this? Everyone needs to be fired!!!

  The three individuals I spoke with who have been harassing me nonstop for months hung up on me every time I called back. They didn’t even care to listen to my issue, I was recently the victim of a serious battery. I can hardly wrap my head around this. You are sick your company needs to close.

  Illegal business practices. I was sent a text. I called the number and the first jerk hung up on me. The second was supposedly a manager and tried to bully me. When I asked for a means of making payment, other than by phone, he got belligerent and accused me of not trying to pay a bill. I told him I didn't trust ******** and I certainly don't trust anyone speaking on their behalf. He then proceeded to scream out a social security number, another bullying tactic I'm sure. He was incorrect and there was nothing he could do with the information even if it was mine. I told him he was rude and that what he had done was illegal. He feigned innocence (what did I do?). I let him know that I had seen the BBB reviews and I would be adding another one. They need to be shut down.

  These people are terrible. They won't tell you what it's for. Extremely rude, and the general manager tries to use his deep voice to intimidate you. I explained I am not comfortable paying something over the phone due to fraud, and he states they don't have a link. The person initially calling didn't even know the supposed amount that I owed. All seems like an actual scam, they leave text messages and phone calls that are threatening.
