      I debated about using an on-line service again this year. I always printed my forms and did my taxes independently, but I like the ease of how you save last year's information, so I can easily and quickly answer all the questions. This is easy to use and so nice to be able to do my taxes from home.

      Not sure haven't decided yet. I came to the end but stopped at the point where I asked the question. My M*******refund return was $**** and I'm having to pay them *****. I've never had ********** return like that and I've always had a free tax sight not charge me. I thought I would try them out because they are on ***.gov. saying free tax disappointed.Choose from *** Free File:Guided Tax Preparation (for AGI $73,000 or less)Let the software do the work * free federal return if you qualify * Answer simple questions * Guided preparation does all the math * Tax filing done on an *** partner site * Some state tax preparation and filing is free A State $ **** tax return refund is the bottom, this means you are misleading. Saying Some state tax preparation and filing is free. Not true. You charge ***** regardless. It was a very simple 4 or 5 questions if that for state. You are misleading.
