      I am very happy with their step-by-step instructions on doing my 2022 taxes. They responded immediately to any questions I had after my tax return was submitted and the price was reasonable. This is my first time to file my taxes with ezTaxReturn and they made it so easy I plan to use them for my 2023 tax filing. Highly recoomended.

      I have been using ezTaxReturn for many years. I have always found the system user friendly and easy to navigate. I enjoy being able to go back to the same place every year and complete my taxes with relative ease.

      Five stars for the relative ease in preparing my taxes. Zero stars for the surprise fee to file. I went through irs.gov free file, and met all the requirements to file my very simple taxes for free, however that was not the case when finished.

      Very slick program. Nice step by step instruction. Pervents personal error. Very fast. Faster after the first year. One gripe, I sort of expected additional fees frankly, and they were not great or prohibitive, but, why not not tell us at the point when we reach a field that will trigger additional costs, and not at the very end. It is kind of shady and it doesn't have to be.

      They provide a good service at a reasonable rate. I like that they email discount codes; however, the discount was supposed to be 15%, but the discount I got was about 12% of the federal & state total fee. Their customer service is excellent. I had a question, which I submitted online and was promptly answered.

      I initially had problems logging back into my account due to 2 factor authorization using ****** Authenticator since i had obtained a new phone. Once I straightened that out then ***** couldn't recognize the generated code. I emailed customer service and they promptly replied and were able to straighten out the problem. I then could log in and easily complete my 2022 return. All of my previous information was auto generated and saved me lots of time filling out everything. ***** is a great tax preparation service and i strongly recommend it to everyone. Also their fees are better than most other services
