      I have used ezTaxReturn the last several years, and have found it easy to use and it has simplified the tax filing process for me. When there was a change in my of my deductions from the previous year I received a good explanation for the reason why. They have helped me get my refund earlier.***

      Very happy with the combination of cost and service. One thing that I would like to see changed. I did not get clear notice of the charge for the service, I had to ask for it.       Repeat requirement to log back in every few minutes, much less than 15 minutes, then step back through the previous several steps to get to the same point. Tedious but eventual completion.

      Read the small print. If your Adjusted gross Income is under $41,000 they charge you $25. Also, they want more info than many other tax return companies. I like ********** much better. They have a place for foreign companies that give you a 1099.

      You ****! This was supposed to be a free file and you waited until i was finished before telling me that we didnt make enough money to get it free so i either had to start all over with a different service or pay ***** plus tax. How is it right to charge someone because they didnt have enough income but if we had made more it would have been free? We are on a pension and social security for petes sake.

      This website was very easy to navigate and covered all the bases for me. The only part I didnt care for was not knowing what I was going to be charged until the absolute very end before submitting the return, although charges were reasonable.
