  Problem #1: ezTaxReturn did not have a place for me to enter my ****-Form (Healthcare). Problem #2: I completed my taxes and the results were I owed the state $2. Not feeling confident, I switched to ***** *** and completed my taxes there for a second opinion. Results: federal return was the same on both sites, but state owed me $29 on Turbo Tax. End result, I switched back to ezTaxReturn to e-sign and pay because the fees with ***** *** ate up the $31 difference, and I would have needed to add more money to complete e-file process. I didn't feel 100% comfortable with the results from ezTaxReturn. I think if it was a bigger return I would rather pay the fees to ensure I am getting the maximum amount owed to me. Problem #3: A couple times I needed to log out and return to move forward because the system would not let me progress. I've been doing my own taxes for a long time, but this software wasn't exactly what I would call user-friendly. Definitely not for people filing the first time on their own.

  I've used ***** Return for a few years now and will continue to in the future. Quick, easy and efficient in every way. It took just a few minutes to do both Federal and State this year and my return has already been accepted. Very satisfied customer!

  I have filed with ezTax Return since 2015. Never any difficulty with the way they prepared all my tax returns. Easy to file returns with them and have never had any problems with federal or state returns- always accurate and I get any refunds very quickly this this service. **

  Didn't let me file my state taxes, just my federal.?? not using this again

  Dear *****  We sincerely apologize that you are currently unable to prepare and e-file your CA return in our program. We hope you will give us an opportunity here to offer an explanation from our end on this situation for your kind consideration. First of all, we are unable to offer the preparation of any state return until we can obtain approval to do so from the State in question. The way this part of the process works is that the State has to first release their program to us and only then we can initiate integration and finally the respective approvals. Unfortunately, CA only released their final set of instructions in mid January, which is considered considerably late in the season this year. We are currently and vehemently working with the State of CA to seek approval of CA tax forms that can be e-filed using our program. We anticipate that we can open our program to CA returns within the next week. Also, once our program opens for CA, we will gladly email you. Please be aware that our program does not support part-year/non-resident state returns if one is needed. Our program supports full-year resident state returns.   I have used EzTaxReturn for years. I have also introduce friends and family to it. It is easy, very user friendly. Liked that each section was line by line with very helpful tips and additional information readily available. The section review page was great!! Perfect to see everything at once and then one could go back to a past section/s and edit/update as I did several times.Fantastic to get the verification emails that Federal and State were actually received and accepted. EzTaxReturn payment was less expensive than other tax products and easy to pay. Thank you for a good experience each yearYes, I will continue using this product and telling others about it.
