Nature of dispute: I would like to return the item and receive a refund
Resolution: Business has been uncooperative in addressing my request for a refund. I have followed the instructions listed on their website to reach out to ********************** to start the return process. I sent an email saying the product did not fit my needs and I would like to start a return/refund. They initially suggested/offered a partial refund without sending back the product, to which I declined and asked where to send the product back to in order to get a full refund. This happened a few times, where I said I have declined a partial refund several times and would like a full refund. Now they keep sending me the same response that says they have sent this issue to the appropriate team and are waiting further instructions. They will not answer any of my questions, disclose where to return the item or answer any of my questions. Each time I reach out to them I get the same response (below). All I am asking for is to return the item and get my money back, I even acknowledged I will pay for shipping.

Received my order after we were unable to get the puppy we had planned on. 4 days after receiving it I informed them that I would be returning the items under their 30 day return policy. They replied asking for pictures. I sent them pictures of the unopened items and they responded by telling me they would offer me 20% back and I wouldn't need to return the item. I replied no and they replied with an offer of 40%. Then when I said no they told me they were going to escalate it and would get back to me. Ordered product for FunnyFuzzy. The product came in and was very small and poor quality. When emailing to ask for a refund they keep giving me the run around about returning. I ordered a large grey Funny Fuzzy dog bed through ******** on 1-20-25. Received it about 2 weeks later and discovered when I unwrapped it that it was too small for my dog. I tried to contact them through [email protected] several times but to no avail. I called my bank to see if they had any phone numbers for this company and they gave me ***-***-**** No Good. I have 2 addresses for them and called 411 for numbers but they found none. There was also a phone number of ***-***-**** that I called that had an automated message: "TY a member of our leasing team will test you back shortly. Never heard back from them. 30 day refund policy has now passed and I am not sure what else I can do. I would really appreciate your help in this matter.Initial Complaint

I ordered a dog bed (order #*********). I received the bed but immediately contacted funny fuzzy on 11/25/24 about an exchange for a larger bed. They had me send pics and offered me a discount to keep the bed which was way smaller than I expected. I declined the offer and just wanted a return authorization. I have emailed them at least 10 times and they say they are still working on it over 3 months later. I just want my refund of $47.82 the price without shipping.Initial Complaint

I purchased a jacket for my dog, and it was too small so I contacted FunnyFuzzy asking to return it for a larger size. They agreed and sent me the return address. According to tracking information they received the jacket on February 2, 2025, but they have failed to send the larger size, and they have ignored numerous messages.

Ordered a XL dog bed for around 100$ online from funnyfuzzy, it was advertised as an extra large and gave specific dimensions. The item received was a substantial smaller. Emailed funnyfuzzy about returning the item for a refund and they offered 1st 20% refund. I declined their offer and requested the return address. They then offered 40% off. I declined there again and requested the return address where they would like the item sent back to. They informed me they would get the complaint to the right dept. it’s been a week with no response. Their return policy states items have to be recieved within 30 days. On 12/28/2024 I made a purchase from Funny Fuzzy for a Fluffy Fuzzy Calming Dog Bed Sofa Protector Pet Mat. My order arrived 1/7/2025. As soon as I opened the item with my dogs next to me because they were nosey. They started to sniff it and wanting to attack it. I noticed that the item seemed used as the side of the arms had wholes in them and the seat its self was torn. I
Immediately went to the website and requested a refund. On 1/11/2025 they responded requesting requesting photos of the damage which I sent on 1/25/2025. They followed up on 1/26/2025 with a generic email that they recieved my request and forwarded it to the appropriate department. On 1/28. 2/1, 2/4,2/7,2/10,2/15 I followed up with emails asking for updates on my return request. Each email I send they responded the next day with the same generic email as above. That my request was forwarded to the appropriate department for review. On 2/15/2025, they sent an email with the response.
To compensate for this inconvenience and to demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction, we are offering you either a 40% refund on this product or a replacement cover. Which option would suit you best? There is no need to return the item.
I sent a refusal response on 2/16/2025 requesting a FULL refund for the item and that I wanted to send the damaged and used item back. Again I got the same generic response that my email has been forwarded to the appropriate department for review. I just today 2/21/2025 requested my full refund.
I tried getting paypal to work with me on my refund because I haven't gotten anywhere with the company and because it's been over 30days they declined my request.

I ordered a dog bed from FunnyFuzzy but it was not sturdy enough for my dog. So I contacted them through the email provided on their website and requested a return since I was still within the 30 day return window per their return policy. This request was ultimately ignored as they continued to try and get me to accept a partial refund to not return the item; first they offered me a 20% refund and after I turned it down and insisted that they give me what I asked for which was a full refund. Since I was not receiving any information or assistance from the company to complete a return I requested a supervisor or a number that I could call. This request was received and the company stated “We wanted to inform you that we have already escalated your concern to the relevant team. We're actively pursuing an update on this matter, and we will provide you with the information as soon as we have it.” I received this email a month ago about 2 months since I requested a return the day after I received the item. I still have not received any information to complete a return and I was not referred to a supervisor or given a number to call as I requested and they claimed to be pursuing. I also tried to get the return information I requested through their instagram page. They responded, but after I sent them the SKU and a picture of the item which is what they requested; they still did not give me the information I needed to complete a return even though they saw my message. I will attach screenshots of the emails and instagram messages to the complaint.Customer Answer
