      ****. I have a pretty recent version of a popular phone (Pixel) locked with a common US carrier, but after dragging things along for the 72 hours they stated by which it should be ready, I got a "sorry this is too hard but god bless!"The reviews overall seemed OK, so I'm pretty disappointed.

      They were not able to unlock the initial device but provided them another phone and within hours it was unlocked. I know some phones and carriers can be tough but happy at least one of my devices got unlocked. **************** and responses were quick and professional. Would use again

      Purchased an unlock from these scammers.....Was immediately notified by email telling me they do NOT offer refund but yet they claim to give store credit and continue trying to unlock said phone....Did not unlock the phone.....sent me a generated bs excuse as to why they can't provide my unlock and threatened to black list my phones after asking for refund.I will be contacting my bank because this is a complete scam.Second phone provided to them for thier fake credit and I get the exact same email stating that they can not provide the unlock at this time. Apparently they can't provide any unlock at any time.They said my imei was trickier than most lmao..... ******* phone zflip 5 so not even a top tier phone any longer yet it's tricky

      The company is definitely a fraud. Do not waste your money with this company. I submit it first the *** number they said I submitted the wrong one and I told him there was a bunch of bad reviews saying they were scammed all over the Internet they of course they could not unlock my phone said they needed it more time. I said good go ahead, but Ill be writing a bad review if they did not unlock it and of course they did not unlock it and said they did not want my business. Thats because I believe theyre scammers, I would not purchase anything from this company in fact do whatever you can. There are other companies out there. just do your research seven days I gave them and all they gave me was a hard time

      Hello ***** sorry you feel that way. you provided us an invalid **** which you adamantly disagreed with until you provided us a picture of the **** using the *#**# where we could personally show you the mistake in your ****. We did request additional time to unlock the device and told you the success rate was 80% AT which point we were threatened with bad reviews if we did not deliver, something we never guaranteed we could do in the first place. Instead of continuing to argue with the customer we fully refunded the purchase and allowed you to continue your search. I wish you the best of ******* is unfortunate that a full refund is not considered good business anymore. If you do not deliver regardless of receiving a 100% refund you are a fraud. You cannot make everyone happy and when you have been in business for almost 12 years you will have bad reviews but our good far outweighs the bad.
