      Overall great company guys highly reccommended!! Although they were not able to unlock my phone. The phone i bought through backmarket and it was supposed to be already unlocked so it really wasn't their fault they couldn't unlock it. The customer service was a 11 out of 10 all day. I explained my financial situation and they sent me my money back. They even told me they'd keep working on my phone for free after that but I told them not to worry about it as I am sending the phone back to backmarket. No doubt these guys are the best!!

      Excelente servicio al principio tenia mis dudas ya que sus precios son muy buenos a comparacin de otros pero todo salio bien no pudieron alas 72 pero despus de 2 semanas mi telfono quedo totalmente liberado

Al principio, es normal tener dudas, especialmente con precios competitivos, pero nos alegra haber podido demostrar que nuestro servicio funciona como se promete. Si bien siempre intentamos completar los desbloqueos dentro del plazo anunciado de 1 a 72 horas, en ocasiones se requiere ms ****** debido a restricciones del operador o del fabricante.En su caso, nos complace que, despus de dos semanas, su telfono se haya desbloqueado correctamente y ahora pueda disfrutar de total libertad de su dispositivo. Agradecemos su paciencia durante el proceso y le agradecemos su confianza en The Unlocking Company.

      This company made it clear in their policy they offer no refunds if unsuccessful. Instead, they'll offer store credit. However, they weren't able to unlock it and I ran into hard **************** the refunded my money. Though I think that's what they should do for everybody, I was very happy to get my much needed money back.

      After an initial failure to gain the unlock code for my particular phone, they were committed enough to give me an update on their progress throughout the many attempts that they continued to make, guaranteeing that they would continue their efforts until they were successful.Without going into detail, things occurred in my life which demanded my immediate attention.When my situation forced me to return the phone I had purchased for a different one, they not only refunded what I had paid them, but still continued to work on the unlock code and ultimately kept their promise of sending it to me once they had it.Needless to say, I was extremely ************ is a very rare thing to find this kind of professionalism, compassion and commitment anywhere in this self-indulged world!

      They are a complete scam. Been over two months since they took my money and will not contact me back about the progress that isn't happening. Do not trust these scammers

      When I ordered my unlock it said anywhere from 1-72 hours but it happened in only a couple hours. It was fast and effective. I was given detailed instructions on how to check if phone was unlocked and when I replied I was responded to within minutes. Great service and would recommend to everyone I know who needs to unlock SIM on phone. Thank you very much.
