    I purchased a smart watch from Spade and ** on line in October and when it arrived it was of poor quality. I sent them an email to let them know I wanted to return it and they send me a return #. November 10 I mailed the watch back to them as instructed and it was delivered to them on November 14th at 11:59 AM. My money has not been refunded and I have not been contacted by them.

    I ordered this Health Smartwatch 2 from Spade & Co. and they charged my **** Account on November 3, 2022 in the amount of $66.32. According to their Information, this Smartwatch 2 monitors (Body Temperature) (Blood Oxygen Levels) (Blood Pressure) (has Heart Rate Alerts) (monitors personal sleep tracking goals) (Tracks the Calories you burn, steps that you take and distance you reach). According to their Advertising they have a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. I am a 71 Year Old Male Retiree living in the *****************, who has High Blood Pressure that I need to monitor 3, 4, or 5 times a day. I retired from the ********* ********** of Corrections as a Therapist. I feel completely scammed by this so called company. After receiving my watch here in *******, ******, I immediately charged and downloaded the app from the internet as per their instructions. Immediately, It was very obvious to me that the Blood Pressure readings were Extremely HIGH and Inaccurate. I decided to have my wife wear the watch to see if it made any difference. She had almost identical Blood Pressure readings. My readings were (143 over 84) and my wife's blood readings were (144 over 82). Immediately I contacted Spade and *** to complain of the inaccuracy of their watch. Their response was: Please know that the accuracy for Blood Pressure is not guaranteed as it is currently in the Beta phase as compared to traditional blood pressure measuring devices. Per our test, it should be at least **** points off. (It is off between 20 and 25 points off). Extremely Inaccurate! Not even Close. I have requested a refund by emails and I have called several times, only to get, (Sorry, we are Unavailable at this time, Leave a message, we will get back to you). I am not getting any responses in regards to my request of a refund.

    Same as everyone else, I ordered 2 products and still haven't recieved them, they have given tracking number that is bad, the web site shows in in my home town but has never been delivered. Tired of waiting I want a refund for the full amount as I have not recieved my order.

    I purchased 2 watches from Spade & Co on Nov. 10 and received the on Nov. 17. I immediately decided to return the but I cannot get any information on the address to send them to. I have called and no answer. I have emailed and have not heard back. I fear this is a major scam. Please help.

    I purchased, online, a smart watch from Spade and *** and attempted to cancel the order within 24 hours. I have repeatedly attempted to contact this business by telephone and via email to no avail. Understanding that it may be impossible to cancel my order (although according to DHL, only a "ticket" has been created; the package has NOT been retrieved from Spade and *** as of 2:39pm EST), I have received NO response. I have emailed again, immediately prior to submitting this complaint, a request on instructions on how to return this product upon receipt. Again, no answer/no response. I, too, tried calling again, yet still no answer.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I am still awaiting a refund as I have returned the package, unopened.  ******* Tracking number is that of 1Z3YV5660299732357. It was received on 11/29/2022 at 12:13pm; it was received (and signed for) by "*****" at the Spade and ** address provided to me by Rose.  

    Per Spade and **'s instructions, I sent the unopened package, placing it into another box and emailed them the tracking number and pictures of the unopened package, the order number (which was written on the original package, on a sheet placed inside of the return box and on the shipping label) and a picture of the outside of the return package.  As of this email, I have received no response as to 1. confirmation that they have received the return and 2. confirming that they will refund me the originally charged price/receipt that they have refunded the original price paid.

    Until you intervened, these folks were responding to none of my correspondence; they do not answer the phone.  Thank you for stepping in to help, however, at this time the complaint is NOT resolved.  We have NOT received our refund.

    Business sold a product ie., smartwatch that has many issues. This company on their website guarantees if any problems they will glad fix or you can return the item. No one answers their phone during the hours slated nor do they respond to emails. This company consistently misleads people into buying their product and willingly knowing its a bad product based on previous complaints on their site and personal knowledge. All who purchased watches from then are stuck with item and a loss of funds.

    Order #****** Spade & Co, Health Smartwatch 2 Spade and ** is obviously, knowingly, intentionally selling a product, marketed as a health device that has been proven numerous times to provide inaccurate health information.Not only does this product fail to deliver on what was advertised, this product is a potential danger to consumers.This product was ordered on 10/29/22 for a senior citizen desiring to have a way to readily monitor their blood pressure and oxygen levels, as advertised by Spade & Co. Based on the glowing information on its website, and apparently paid endorsements by people who did not actually use the product, the Spade & Co Health Smartwatch 2 was purchased.It wasnt until after I received the product, and discovered its health monitoring deficiencies, that I began an actual internet search on this company. Much to my chagrin, it was at that point that I discovered the 1.14/5 review by the BBB. Numerous customers have complained about the faulty health readings from this device, including its constantly registering a ** of 114/70 (or 112/70). As a note, when this customers ** was measured by a confirmed accurate ** device, the reading was 160/77. I too experienced the complete lack of response from Spade & Co regarding my concerns with the inaccuracy of their product.It does admittedly disappoint me that the BBB has not moved to intervein on behalf of potential future customers (victims), and that it is allowing Spade & Co to continue to prey on unsuspecting seniors and those in need of accurate health monitoring devices.All monies paid for this product, including shipping, needs to be returned; along with a prepaid shipping for its return. Spade & Co know ahead of time that their product was defective, prior to shipping.A formal complaint will also be filed with the Federal Trade **mmission. This type of known defective device should not be allowed to be on the market, especially as it relates to the health monitoring.
