    I ordered a watch based off of a promotion they had going on with a free set of wireless earbuds. When I received my package two days ago it was missing the headphones. I reached out and they told me I didnt go through the right link to receive that promotion even though I know for sure 100 percent I did. However even if I didnt when you go on the website and click on the watch I bought and click on whats included it shows free wireless earbuds anyways so either way I should have received the free wireless headphones. The lady told me she saw that too but she would have to check with her higher *** to see if it was supposed to actually be listed like that which doesnt make me feel comfortable as that is false advertising. I also noticed since I mentioned to them it showed it under whats included they took it off of the site which is sketchy, but I was smart and took a video of me going to the site and finding it under the whats included portion. I told her I felt as if she was trying to get me off the phone and requested to speak with a supervisor to discuss this and she said as soon as we hung up the supervisor would be calling me back and said it would be one of two people and gave their names. No one has called and its been two days now and Ive emailed as well with no response. Ive tried calling myself over 30 times and never an answer ever! At this point I just want my money back . I didnt receive what I ordered and the lack of any customer service has caused me extreme anxiety!!

    I ordered a smartwatch from Spade and ** around April 22, 2025. I received my smartwatch on 29 April 2025. I used the watch rest of April and have been reaching out to the company since early May. My order #******. I have been trying to reach out to them for a month about the problem of the watch not working properly. They responded with some instructions for me to follow. I texted them two weeks later letting them know it didn't work. I called them a dozen times after that and the phone rings and rings and then hang up. This happened several times and for days. I sent another text, and they responded with an apology for not responding and with more instructions which still didn't work. I believe I received a lemon and these things happen. All I want is a working smartwatch. I bought this watch in good faith and now my reward is poor customer service. I just think they don't want to do a replacement which is very simple, replacement or refund. I will never order from them or recommend them to anyone. It makes me feel like all the good reviews, which is my reason for ordering, are not true or written by the company. I would like to get help in returning this smartwatch.

    I placed an order with this company and their item is faulty and have tried multiple times and ways to contact them and no response. I am well within their 30-day policy to return the faulty product for a full refund. I also place two new orders before finding out about their faulty product and immediately sent multiple emails requesting my orders be cancelled and refunded. Still nothing back.

    Ordered a Spade and Company Health Watch 4 on October 31st 2024. I liked the watch which functioned as advertised. Three months later it stopped working. I am unable to charge the watch. Repeated attempts to resolve this issue with Spade and Company have not been responded to. Company website states being very responsive to customers. Sadly this has not been the case.

    I purchased a Spade and Co smartwatch 3 about a year ago. After about 8 months the charging cord quit working, causing the watch to beep every few seconds every time I tried charging it. I purchased a new charging cord which worked well the first few times, but started having problems after about 2 months. I contacted the company several times, and finally got a response giving me various strategies to try to fix the issue. I tried them all, and the reliability of this cable is only getting worse. I even sent them videos of the problem as they requested. They want me to purchase a new charging cable. I was even given a discount code THAT DIDNT WORK. What kind of company only warranties their products for only 30 days?I have kept the cable in its small plastic bag when it wasnt in use, so the problem definitely isnt misuse.

    I received a Spade & Co watch for a gift. It does not work properly and showed my heart rate at 165 also calories burned are 25% of that shown on the exercise bikes at the gym. However it does keep time! I have had multiple contacts with Spade. The best they have done is to tell me to reset the watch which I have done multiple times. Last contact they suggested I could ship it to them and pay for the shipping and some language about a 20% restocking fee! I am done with their watch and their version of "customer service"

    I placed an order on the 23rd of December 2024 and they shipped it on the 24th of December 2024. I had ordered a smart watch and expected to receive it within no more than two weeks. When I tracked the order it made it to ***********, Mo. and says it was loaded on a truck to be transferd to the **** for delivery. To date after several calls and emails I have not received my Watch. When talking to all the associated facilities, no one can tell me where the product is and no one will take responsibility for finding it. What can I do? Listed is the *** tracking number.

    I received a Spade watch on 12/12/2024, left it in the box to give as a Christmas present, and when it started to be used, it worked fine for the initial charge, but then died and wouldn't charge on 1/14/2025, 34 days after I received it. That's when I discovered that the warranty was only 30 days from receipt, unless you paid extra for a 6-month warranty. The website clearly states "NO EXCEPTIONS."Update: After posting a review on TrustPilot, I was contacted by Spade's Customer Support Manager, ****, asking, "How can we make this a 5-star experience for you?" He didn't offer anything specific, but I informed him I didn't think he could do anything that would allow for me to CREDIBLY give a 5-star review. Buyers of their products need to know how poor their products are and that their warranty is essentially worthless. I haven't heard anything further from **** after my response.

    I ordered this watch on Dec 28th and Spade claimed they had received my order for the watch, and also claimed they had got it ready for shipping, and then it had been ******* of now I have heard nothing. They have my money, but I have no watch (Health smart watch, 4 Rose ****** I would like my smart watch, or a refund. It was supposed to have been shipped within 2-3 days.

    I Purchased a watch from this company For a christmas present. Could not get it to work properly. Was offered the option of returning the watch and keeping half the money which is ridiculous. The watch was sent back tracking says it was received on 12 30 24.I just want my money back.
