    I ordered a watch, which was advertised to arrive in 3-5 days. After 6 days, I emailed because it had not shipped, although the charge of $129.88 was on my card the same day as the order. I sent an email and inquired. The reply stated that the watch was out of stock when I ordered it but "good news, it has now shipped!". 3 days after that, it still has not shipped and they no longer respond to my emails. It is not good business to charge a customer for an item before it ships, ESPECIALLY if it is out of stock. Stay away from this company. Liars & scammers, I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

    Recently purchased the Health Smartwatch 4 primarily for heart rate and calories burned during various exercises. The watch continually records my heart rate at a much higher beat than normal during these activities, resulting in a calorie burn 3-5 times higher than it should be. Other smart fitness watches (primarily high end FitBits) have always recorded my heart rate and calories burned at an appropriate level for my age, weight, gender and activity effort level. After attempting all troubleshooting efforts I could find, I sent 2 inquiries through different links offered by Spade & Co about this issue. Both inquiries were acknowledged after sending, however I have never heard a word from customer support. It has now been 2+ weeks since sending my inquiries. The online customer support appears to be non-existent and I have not had the time to sit through a phone call. I’m now near the end of the 30 day return window with no remedy in sight. I will keep the watch as a digital watch only, however I’m very disappointed at the lack of response from customer support. I would not recommend this company.

    I have not yet received my order confirmation or my watch from spade and co, I have sent 3 emails and called many times with zero response. I have been charged for the watch with no product. Would not recommend

    Horrible customer service. Ordered a new band and the tools to adjust the band size arrived broken. They refused to replace it.

    I bought the Health Smartwatch in February and I really liked it. It held a charge for at least 7 days
    Now it won't charge despite having tried different USB ports, cleaning the charging connections and everything else that the representative suggested. Unfortunately the warranty is only for 30 days. Im really disappointed that Spade will not send a new watch or a refund. $99.00 is a little much for a watch that only lasts 5 months.

    I DO NOT recommend this company. I believe it's a scam. Bought a watch from them, it was very slow at registering data. Returned for a refund, per their instructions. They have failed to respond or to refund the purchase. BEWARE!!

    Watch died after less than three months use. No response to multiple emails and calls. Sadly, the watch had started to work in the way I wanted, then just quit. Would have considered a replacement, but customer service is nonexistent.

    I purchased a watch band on 5/21/2025 - I received a notice on 5/28/2025 that the company changed my order - removed the watch band that I ordered and replaced it with two different bands that I did not order, nor approve the change. Who does that?
    I have emailed the company several times at the support email address with my order number, complaint and requesting a return / refund for the watch bands that I did not order but there is no response from the company. I have also called several times - the calls ring and automatically get disconnected at 46 seconds - I have never once gotten through to a live person.
    I just want my money back and to return the bands that I did not order/did not want.

    Wrong shipping address entered and since I couldn't review order, payment was sent. I called and emailed. No response. Because they generated shipping label and even though product not shipped they would not correct nor cancel order. Customer service bad. They tell you to contact support which I did. No response. They are terrible to buy from and will not be receiving any business from me. Buyer beware!
