    I utilized the pigeonly service to communicate with an incarcerated individual in November. The individual was released on Thanksgiving. Between 12/01/22 and 1/30/23, Pigeonly has charged my debit card for $600 worth of services that were never requested nor authorized by me. There are dates when I was charged $19.99 multiple times. In fact, today, on January 30th, I was charged six times. I have reported these charges as fraud through my bank.

    I am partially rejecting this response because: I want to know WHO is behind this as part of this resolution. This wasn't an errant monthly charge. This was almost daily charges to my account. It was clearly purposeful.

    I have a free account with pigeonly I keep getting notifications on my cash app that they are taking out a dollar here and a dollar there and I don't know what the dollar is for and why they keep taking it out and I would have never noticed if it wasn't for catch up sending me a notification

    I have been charged over 4-5 times for $34.99 with this website when it was only supposed to be a one time charge of ***** I need my money refunded immediately as I did not authorize any of this.

    Date of transaction: Jan 2(x2)This company offers a free trial which lasts only a few days. I tried sending a letter to an incarcerated friend, then the next day cancelled the trial online. On Jan 2nd is when Pigeonly charged my card on file twice, even though I cancelled. I spoke with a rep on Jan 3rd when they reopened from the holiday. They saw the error and said the money would be refunded within 14 business days. It is clearly past that with no refund and no answer in customer service anymore.

    I keep getting charged $34.99 on my debit card. I applied for what i thought to be a free account. The following day i cancelled the account only to be charged $34.99 every 2 weeks. I noticed I'm not the only one. Yet the problem is exists. Why are they fixing this on a person to person basis? instead of fixing the problem with the payment system once and for all.

    On September 10 2022 I signed up for a free trial that required my credit card. Cancelled at the same day!!!! Since then I have been charged $979.37 total (all different amounts). A completely scam!!! Reached out to them though email and got a couple emails back cancelling pending transactions around $30!!Emailed them again and was answered that NO charges on my account. was ever made!!! So if no charges was made, how the previous agent sent the $30 refund? They're stolen people's money. I have all emails and proofs. If they don't give my refund I'm going to COURT.

    Other emails that *** coincide with these charges are my wife's emails which are: ******************* and ******************** along with ************************ I contacted this PGN WEB which I also sent a screenshot of from Web and when I contacted them about it they sent me back an email stating, "Why are you sending us your banking info.? This is something you need to address your bank about." I will also contact Pigeonly.com and see if they charged me these charges in 3 days! Twice on same day for two of those charges. As is seen in files I sent. As I am at a total loss here as there is no phone number listed on bank statement either. So, this has been major guess work for me on Who PGN WEB is???     This was a site that I looked at for sending a letter to an ex in jail and I don't believe that I was able to even send anything through them and I had not even tried to for months and I have recently gotten 2 notifications from my card saying that they tried to charge my card for ***** and luckily there was not enough to pay it either time but they almost got it both times and I want my info deleted from the site I don't use it and absolutely don't want a subscription.

    I have canceled subscription from this company and they continue to bill me it was supposed to be ***** a month now their charging me ***** every week I emailed them and canceled since November and they continue to charge my card. I call and no one answers. I want a full refund. My letters werent printed and delivered in a timely manner and that was the reason I canceled services in the first place.

They write a sweet response high priority its being taken care of but its nothing but lies still charging me. This company is all fraud. I want ALL the money they have taken from me.
