I subscribed to to this service only to learn that the inmate I was trying to communicate with was not incarcerated in that particular facility. I immediately canceled the subscription. Every month this company attempts to charge my debit card $34.99. My card company declines the payment due to unusual activity.Business Response

I paid for a quarterly subscription to send unlimited pictures to my incarcerated loved one. Pigeonly processed my payment but hasnt sent out my picture order that was placed on 1/13/23 and 1/25/23. *** contacted support and get told that my pictures will be sent but that isnt happening. I dont know what this company is, what they are selling, what they think I bought from them or how they were able to try drafting two of my accounts. This company attempted to draft my debit account 3 times for $34.99 but my bank sent me a text and ask me each time if this was an authorized charge. I said No. Then they somehow manage to draft my credit account I have with that same bank, twice, each time also for $34.99. I signed up for a 3 month subscription on December 11, 2022 for $34.99. Since then I have been charged on Jan 4, 7, 12, 18, and 25 for $34.99. I have also been charged Jan 16 for $.99 and Jan 28 for $1. I have called them and sat on hold for over an hour pressed their 5 button to be placed on a call back number and never received a call back, I have emailed they say they get back within one business day and that has passed and I have messaged their ******** page to which I have not heard anything from. Transactions on my checking account for $***** several times.... the date for some reason changes....last dates 1/27/23 , 1/29/23., and 1/29/23 each for *****... 2 charges for $3.12 on 1/29/23....I applied for your services in November and sent one letter to my brother ******************************* at ************ jail in ******, ****.....The letter was to be free for the first time....I later tried to use your services to get some supplies to him and your reply was that you didn't send to them. When I first tried to put my debit card in you kept telling me I didn't have the right numbers....I tried several different times but for some reason you couldn't accept it....Then (and I have no idea why) I started getting charges on my card.
