I have registered with this site over 9 times called for help and received none over 30 times along with email. Everything is registered but it will not go past the billing section with all the correct information and no one will help me. You call and after 13 minutes it goes silent so you have to hang up and try to call again. I signed up for a 3 month plan of $34.99. I was charged $34.99 4 times and I have asked for a refund. Never received one. No one answering emails or phone. Totally reqret sing this service.Business Response

On February 4th I went to sign up for pigeonly with terms of $11.99 a month for a 3 month trial. Well then they tried to take $34.99 out of my account immediately. So I cancelled it right away and no harm no foul because the pad isnt go through. I did this because I am always weary of scams like this one. Well, a week later on February 11th a week after I already cancelled my subscription my card was ran by pigeonly for $34.99. I immediately tried to contact them and through email they said they would give me a refund within **** business days. Well that time has lapsed and Im getting texts from pigeonly saying to get in touch with my loved ones. Ive tried to contact via email and through the sites number to no avail and cant seems to get a response from anyone. I would like to be reimbursed my $34.99 which I never authorized pigeonly to deduct from my account in the first place.Business Response

I was charged 5 different occasions of $34.99 for a free service. I have been trying to get a refund since June 2022. Contacting them thru emails/phone calls. I have been told it will be refunded to my card which it has not to date. I have also been told back in July 2022 that a check then would be mailed to me within 30 days, so I should have received a check end of that month or early August. In all of my attempts since I get nothing but the run around and still have yet to get my refund of $174.99. Most of the time I try calling if I do not get someone(which is most of the time) I am holding for an hour then get disconnected.Business Response
