Cancelled subscription in January as their mail service was slower than regular mail from ******* to the ** and due to the fact that my husband passed away over their lousy slow service. Received a confirmation regarding the cancellation at the end of January. In late April the company started to charge my credit card again with a subscription fee. I turned to customer service just to receive a standard e-mail saying they will forward a "refund request" but never received a refund so far. Instead I was charged again two times shortly after my objection with another subscription fee.Business Response

I signed up for the FREE subscription, which even then I only used ONCE. They charged me $25. I called several times and could not reach anybody. I finally sent an email and got told that I would receive my refund within 2 weeks. Here I am 2 months later and still no refund.Business Response

I have been a customer for 2 years- subscribed to the *****- 3 month unlimited plan. Pigeonly drafted from my checking on 3/24/2023, and immediately the phone was no longer in service. After I emailed, they responded and said they no longer offer the 3 month for $*****. They asked me if I would like one of the other options. I explained that I have been a customer for 2 yrs on this plan and if it is not available- I prefer to cancel. Pigeonly charged me $24.99 without my authorization. When I complained, they offered a refund: instead, they charged me again, another $24.99. Now, I have to be hassled with a trip to the bank to complain and cancel debit cards. Pigeonly takes advantage of incarcerated people and their loved ones.Business Response

This company offers a "free trial", at the end of which, they billed me for $24.99. OK. Seems fair. However, just two days later, they billed me $24.99 AGAIN. There seems to be no way to actually CONTACT anyone at the company. Like others have said, you will sit on hold until you give up and go away.Business Response

I signed up and the second month I tried changing my card with 2 other cards and it wasnt going through so because of the delay, they gave me a month free that month is up. Theyre not letting me sign up with this 50% coupon I have so I just decided I wasnt gonna theyve taken money out of those two cards that I tried havent go through before they gave me the free month. They just now took them out the past two weeks I never Gave them permission. I still cant even log onto the site. I feel like theyre scammers theyre just stealing from ** you cant get a hold of anybody. Their phone numbers are disconnected. Ive emailed them. They wont email me back. This is ridiculous. Im about to get a hold of the prison since theyre back in these people obviously maybe charges do you need to be brought against them because its not just a freak accident or glitch because it seems like theyve been doing it a long time.Business Response

I was charged my 3 month reoccurring fee of $34.99 on April 24, 2023 and then I was charged $34.99 again on April 28, 2023. I tried to called them on April 27, 2023 when I noticed the pending charge, when I used the phone number listed online I got an auto message saying the phone number was not in service. So I submitted an email request that evening notifying them I had been over charged and I have yet to receive a response. Over the weekend, I checked my account on April 29, 2023 and noticed another pending charge for $34.99, this would be the 3rd time this month I am being charge for the 3 month subscription.Business Response
