    04/28/2023 My brother is incarcerated in a federal prison. I needed to send him money. The detention center's website led me to Pigeonly. I signed up and tried to send my brother money. I sent him some pictures and then two days later I received an email stating that my transaction didn't go through. I called their customer service number asking how I was supposed to send my brother money and was told to refer back to the correction center's website. When I went back to that website the direction to go to Pigeonly was gone and when I called they didn't know what to tell me. My brother ended up telling me how to send the money. But the email and conversation that followed said that the transaction didn't go through. Tonight we were looking at our account and found a bunch of charges, well over $300 that we can see right now charged to our card. We have filed a fraud claim with the credit card company and will await their disposition on getting any of our money back.I am disputing the entire thing, I was told that the transaction did not go through and I have the email to prove it. I tried to call them during their business hours today and I received their after hours message. This is absolute fraud and these people are scammers.

    This company continues to charge my account and I have not used this service in months , you cant remove your card off file as they wont let you, but continue to charge me for months , I want all my money back please!

    I signed up for this service to communicate to my wife in prison and am on the Forever Free Plan I have two charges in the last four days. One for $24.99 and one for $34.99. I havent even been on the site for a couple months and have never been charged anything. I want my money back

    I started noticing charges from the company each month for ***** about 6 months ago. The charges would be pending and then cancel. The last 2 months, the charges have cleared removing the ***** from my account. I don't even have an account associated with my phone number. When I try to call their contact number, it says it us no longer in service. I just want the total that was removed (*****) returned and no further charges as I do not use their services.

    My cash app card keeps getting charged by post pigeon and ur the only thing that poped up when i searched it i didnt authorize any charges and i want to be refunded what was charged and i want u to stop trying to take money from me

    On May 2, 2023 Pigeonly.com charged my account $24.99 and then again on May 3.I owed them no money.I've been emailing their customer support since that time and am getting the excuses and put off.

    I signed up for the pigeonly trial in order to contact my brother in prison. The service was not satisfactory, and I canceled the subscription before the trial period ended. I have now discovered multiple charges on my credit card up to a total of $100 for services I have neither requested nor received. I tried to contact customer support, but their US number is out of service and the international number kept me on hold for over an hour, and I opted to use the call back option. I never received a call back.

    I signed up for the forever free plan. On 6/13/23 and 6/14/23 I was charged **** and the numbder on the transaction does not work. I did not authorize for my credit card to be charged. I want my money refunded and my account closed.

    I signed up for a free account with **********************, and to my surprise, they charged my card ***** three times in a row within a week. I was unable to reach them by phone; nobody ever answered, and later the number was disconnected. When I reached them twice by email, they said they would look into it, but I never received a refund. Today, a new charge for **** appeared on my card. I have canceled my credit card and my free Pigeonly subscription. I told them I would be reporting them to the BBB.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have heard similar things from them many times before, and have never received a refund. In fact, they fraudulently charged my card again today, even after I have canceled my account with them.
