    They keep charging my card for an account i have not used in months.

    I was trying to figure out how to send an email to someone in prison and this was one of the first websites to show up. When I clicked on it it said I could send two postcards for free by signing up for a certain plan and nothing would be charged to my credit card at all. So I did that it didn't work and I canceled the plan just to make sure. Well now I have five or six charges on my credit card over the past 5 days and I just realized it. The total is $179.94 for no reason. The only reason I realized they were charging my card was because I tried to get gas and there was no money in my freaking account. I need my money back I need a refund. This website is a joke and provided no services and is trying to steal my money.

    I received two charges to my debit card in the amount of ***** from pigeonly. I tried to remove my debit card and their website won't allow it. I purchased ONE month and now they are charging for a service that I don't want and never agreed to. I want a refund and for my account to be closed. My order number is *******

    I have been charged multiple times for a service I could not even use. Sent multiple emails wanting my subscription Canceled. They never cancelled and continued to bill me ***** 3 times over 90 days. I haven't received any of my money back. Theses people are frauds

    I have been trying to get post pigeon to stop charging my card ***** and it want allow me too please can you stop this from charging my card it jus started happening over the last few mknths

    I paid a one time fee of $24.95 for one month of service from Pigeonly for inmates and never signed up for or requested or desired any further services. Yet post pigeon is charging my cash app card $34.99 in monthly fees. I have never even dealt with post pigeon.

    This was supposed to be a forever free plan and within a week I was charged *****. I never agreed to pay that at all. I have tried to reach out numerous times and shockingly havent heard back.

    This company bills under a different name and address. I signed up for a forever free plan and I have the statements from the website showing I was not charged by them. I also have my BANK STATEMENTS showing I have been charged and I had to dispute the charges. This is fraud at its finest, especially seeing all the complaints here, I wonder how many people haven't caught this and how much money this company has actually stole from people.

    I signed up for the free forever option on this service, from which I sent my son, who is in jail, 1 postcard and 2 letters, all three of which showed as free, no charge, when submitted.But now my debit card is showing $502.74 in charges.I emailed the company but have gotten no response.

    I was charged, instead of one month at a time, 4 months at a time. I have been emailing and calling since March for a refund. I have been told, over email it will be refunded to me. It has not been refunded. I was sent a text with a phone number to call about the refund. I have called that number 3 times with a message taken and no call back or response. Also no refund
