    I received a product in July that I didnt want and I returned it and they still havent returned my money

    I did not want a subscription to your supplement. I was billed $198.78 on 10-09-23. The telephone number listed for your business is not in service. I believe you are involved in some really shady business practices. Refund my money and leave me alone.

    Date of transaction 3/20/23. Amount ******. Purchase of Keto Gummies for weight loss. I thought I was only getting charged $39.76. I didnt understand the offer. I filed a dispute w my bank for the correct amount. I emailed the company to cancel the order. They offered me a partial discount which I declined. I wanted all my money back. They sent me an email telling me my order will not be sent since I filed a dispute w my bank. However ***** Fargo my bank gave me a temporary credit bt then took it back. The company is refusing to return my money and they also never sent the product. I have been fighting w both my bank and the company for my money back. The company sent me another email stating that I had to have my bank call to verify there is no longer a dispute and they did not return my money. ************************* from **************** called we spoke w supervisor ******* 9/29/23 and she stated that they will not return my money nor will they send me the product(which I do not want). They now have kept $****** of my money illegally.

    The deal is $238.54 for 3 bottles so each bottle is $79.51 for the *** 20+ Diet Gummies. We are including 2 free bottles in that package so that brings the price down (divide $238.54 by 5) to $47.70 for each bottle. We list this cheaper product price on our packages not to mislead, but to show the savings customers can have by purchasing the larger packages. We do provide the total price for each package right under the offers to avoid any confusion.

    Unfortunately, we can no longer process any refund on your account since you already filed a dispute with your bank. The reason we cannot process a refund is that you have already requested one with them. Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. The best resolution is to coordinate with your bank regarding this matter.

    My bank never gave me back the funds. They stated I had to get the funds back from YOU the company. I have an email from the YOU the company stating to have my bank call to verify no longer have a dispute. On 9/29/23 ******************* from ***** Fargo called and was hung up on 2xs. We finally got someone named ******* who said she was a supervisor stated that it was too late to refund my money. ****** confirmed w her that my bank did not refund my money. I have provided the bank letter stating they took back the temporary credit. And the case is closed. I was told by ***** in the escalation **** to get the funds back from YOU the company. I have enclosed the copy of the letter from the bank stating they took back the temp credit and that the claim is closed. Also my bank statement showing the temp credit taken back same day the letter states.

    Transaction date: 5/24/23 @ 9:55am. The amount was $198.78. Order number: 345D7EC496. Keto gummies (5). Promised if not satisfied, return within 30 days of receipt. Product returned 6/20/23 product received 6/26/23. Transaction appeared as IronMx BO24. I have a trail of emails from company stating they have sent an e-check to my email on 9/2/23. I have about 25 emails back & forth with this company and NONE of them go into my spam acct. I checked the spam to humor them and have been getting the run around for about 4 months now. They cannot even get a supervisor/manager on the phone so that they can tell me when the funds arrived to me or sent me proof that this email went to me. I need help to retrieve ALL my funds back for this inconvenience. Then they wanted to charge a re-stocking fee and on return back $119.00. Thieves/criminals.

    I am rejecting this response because: The business has had the return product since June 29th. They have been saying since August that an e-check would arrive to my email in **** business days. August was 2 months ago. This is what they do to give the run around. *** called everyday for the past 2 weeks with the same response with no manager/supervisor to speak to. I do not want to wait any longer. E-checks take 1 day to process. So why should I continue to wait for my money. Ive been very patient and enough is enough. Thank you.

    ACV for Keto Health signed me up for a subscription service. I was not aware of this when I purchased one bottle of their product. I immediately called to cancel the service after my credit card was billed. I returned the bottle of gummies to ACV for Keto Health, PO Box *****, Las Vegas, ** *****. **** delivered the bottle and their system has noted that the product was delivered to this location on 8/14/23. I requested over the phone and in writing with the returned product that I wanted a refund of the amount that was charged to my credit card. That has still not taken place.

    I ordered a product online thinking I was only ordering one product and was charged for three products. Website was very misleading and automatically ordered three products (bundle) which I did not want. I called the company right away to cancel order, they wouldn't cancel it. They said they would refund me 1/2 of the price. ($95.00) and told me to call them back when I receive the product for instructions to return them (I will have to pay for shipping). I do not want the product or want to pay for return shipping.

    I am rejecting this response because: My bank declined their transaction three times. They continued to run my credit card until it went through.  I called them the second I was notified that they changed my card and was told it was too late to cancel the order and they would refund me $95.00.  
    I was under the impression that I was purchasing one bottle, not three. 
    The website is very misleading, if not fraudulent.  I would never order a'three pack' of any product that I have never used.

     I would like a full refund to my card and be assured that they will not keep my credit card number on file.

    I received 2 jars of green gummies that were melted into globs. I didn't try to conta t them bc I would just take the loss not knowing it was ****** and they had me down as a subscriber until I received second pa ckage of gummies. I then looked up the transactions that matched dates they were sent and found I had been charged ****** both times.i sent second ** kage back unopened and ask for a refund and to cancel. Never any response or refund. Now I've received the third 143 dollar package. I will send back and try again for refund and cancellation.. idont know what to do to stop this but I can't afford to keep this up.

    On September 11, 2023, I was browsing the internet and came across the ad for this product ACV for Keto Health. I ordered the product without realizing the total cost. I tried to stop the order, but could not. I received the product yesterday. It was delivered to my mailbox in rural SC. I was given no information on the delivery in advance. The product is in gummy form. After sitting all day in the hot SC sun in my mailbox, all of the gummies melted together and it is a huge mess. After paying $200 for the product I would at least like to be able to find out for myself if it does or doesn't work.
