I ordered this product and they overcharged me at first gave me the $80 refund that was due to me. The product did not work and there was a 60 day money back guarantee or I wouldn't have bought as much as I did they are refusing the guarantee. They are saying it was only 30 days which is a complete lie I ordered on September 26th and I asked for a full refund on 11/16/23. They finally said ok well give you ***** back but that's it. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as I don't have to pay to ship this product back I will accept their offer. They have to be aware of the situation though because the first thing they do when you call concerning this is offer $50 off then $70. They know they are misleading the public in their sales practices. I will discard their product but not return it , correct?

- [WPN-KLFLK-647] This may be my invoice # since I never received an invoice. On September 19 I saw this ad for keto gummies, one jar for $59.00 with another jar free, no shipping and refund if unhappy. I ordered. Got no invoice and was billed $143.39. I immediately cancelled and told them not to ship.3 days later I got the product. I contacted customer care and was told they needed a picture of the product before they would refund. Since then it has been 3-5 days for this, then another **** days for that then my bank wouldn't accept the refund. Now I am waiting for an eCheck. Another **** days. They are even charging me for a return shipping fee that I paid. They can take your money in an instant .Why can't they return it in a month and a half. Surely there is someone there to write an echeck. I just found another ad with their "refund" within 30 days policy advertised. All I want is my money

I ordered one bottle at 59$ they charged me an additional 198$I called one hour after making the order to cancel after realizing this was a scam and they told me they could not cancel it. I alerted my bank who has opened a dispute and credited me back the charges. Suspicious that they may have also put me on an auto replenishment my bank cancelled the credit card. This may not be over if they dispute it since they already shipped the product to me which my bank told me to hold and return it. Not sure how and Im not paying shipping. They should have canceled and not shipped in the first place. This will be resolved but I just want to alert people and the BBB that this is a SCAM! Companies that operate like this should not be allowed to distribute products that people actually ingest, god knows whats in them.BTW initially Capitol One denied the charges aware it was a Scam but ********** did not on our second try. ACV for Keto Health - I saw an advertisement to trial two (2) bottles of Keto weight lost products so I ordered the bottles on-line. I received two (2) bottles, then three (3) more. While I was trialling the product, I received another shipment of five (5) additional bottles that were subsequently charged to my credit card. This charge was not authorised by me. I returned the product, five (5) bottles, received a $70 credit and was told I'd get the balance owed of $128 in 4-6 weeks.After practically 8 weeks, and multiple emails I received a email crediting be $78, the explanation was I was responsible for a $10/bottle repackaging fee. They shipped and charged my credit card without my permission, doesn't that constitute fraud. They advertised a trial and there was no mention of automatic shipments, doesn't that constitute false advertising? I tried to settle for the remaining $50 since it was their errant shipment. But to no avail. ACV was willing to give me $25 to settle, yet when I did nothing wrong it should cost me $25? Matter of principle now. I placed an order on a Saturday afternoon, October 21, 2023. After seeing that the amount was different than the amount I thought I was being charged, I immediately contacted them and canceled the order. I received an email the next day offering an additional $70.00 off. I immediately responded that I do not want the product and to cancel immediately. On Monday, I received an email indicating that it was too late to cancel the order as it was already forwarded to their fulfillment center. Not sure why they forwarded to their fulfillment center when I immediately canceled and they acknowledged/confirmed receipt of this cancellation request.
