On 6/08/23 I ordered from ACV For Keto Health an online ad that said I would buy 3 bottles of Keto Gummies and get 2 free (order #***FDEED88811). I was charged for all, $198.78. On the end of June I went to Europe to see my sick mom for almost two mouths. While I was away I received another 2 packages of 5 bottles after 7/13/23 and after 8/17/23 and I was charged twice $198.78. I did not see anywhere in the ad or in the e-mail that I would be getting monthly shipments of this product. I want to cancel any further shipments and return this second and third shipment. I have not been able to resolve this concern over the phone. Also, it's very strange that the billing information on my bank statement does not match ACV for Keto Health. I purchased 5 Bottles - 1st Choice Keto + ACV Gummies on August 18th, 2023 in the amount of $198.78. When the product was received I could immediately tell I was scammed. These bottles looked like they were being put together in someone's garage. They are essentially taking the real gummies and repacking them for double / triple the price. I immediately called to get an RMA and was asked if I would like to keep them for a $50 credit. The offer went all the way up to $100 credit to keep them. I told them no way, these are unsafe and this is a scam. I was asked to mail them back at my expense. There was no mention of a restocking fee during this call. The items were confirmed received on September 2, 2023. I kept checking for my credit , and then I finally called their customer service on September 14th, 2023. I was told I need to wait 2-3 weeks for the warehouse to confirm they were received. I told them that was unacceptable and I didn't have time to keep calling and following up on this. After a wait on hold I was told they could process the return but there would be a $10 restocking fee per bottle. She told me this was in the "terms and conditions". After telling her this was unacceptable and another wait on hold, I was told they could cut the restocking fee in half to $25. I responded that from my perspective they should provide a full refund, plus the $15 it cost to ship it back. I am sure this company has all their basis covered legally with disclaimers that are not easy to find or see, but this company should be put out of business. They are scamming consumers and tricking them with pre-checked boxes and unclear terms and conditions. From my perspective they still owe me $40 and I implore you to investigate this organization so more people are not taken advantage of.Business Response

I believe that this company is a scam. I've sent several emails to cancel. However, I've only received one e-mail back from them on 8-24-23: "Your letter is on its way! Dear ***,The letter to cancel your subscription to Keto is on its way and will be delivered within 3 working days. Most subscriptions have a period of notice of 1 month, but that can also be longer if, for example, you have an annual contract. So, keep in mind that subscription charges may still follow. This email is automatically generated. You cannot respond to this. For questions, simply contact us through our contact form. "I have not received a cancellation letter and I just received another shipment. This company does not include an invoice or contact information in the shipments nor is it on the label of the product. I would like a refund of ****** (as satisfaction was guaranteed) and I would like any future shipments to stop. I have not sent the shipments back as I was not asked to do so. On 07/04/2023 I ordered ACV gummies for health I called back on 07/07/2023 to advise that I had ordered two times they said there was nothing they could do but if I tried product for 60 days and did not see results I could call and we could send back any unused product for a full refund. I called back on 09/08 and was told that they do not give refunds after 30 days. This was never told to me. The customer service rep **** came back on the line and said she can only give me a refund of ***** . I feel like I am being taken advantage of.
