I again am filing a complaint because I was just charged another $198.78 for this product and I just called in again to try to have this resolved, i just filed a complaint on friday but now there telling me that they can not find me in the system and I asked why they are still charging me if they can not find me. I want to cancel this product and have been trying to for the last few months but there is no way to do it unless you talk to someone and then they tell me they can not find me in the system. Not really sure now how to cancel this product but I would like this cancelled and this last payment to be put back into my account.Business Response

Saw ad on FB and checked it out. Wanted to see what the cost was but the website is misleading and the Summary button is really a Buy Now button. I called and emailed within the hour but was lied to that the product had already been shipped. Received an email days later when it had actually shipped. Tried disputing with credit card company and still ongoing. Asked company to refund but they they said I have to return the product. They would not spring for shipping, have shown no good faith and bad business practices. Still disputing with credit card company. Would like my $198.78 returned for starters. On 1/24/24 I thought I ordered one bottle plus a free bottle of keto gummies. Instead it shows up 3 ordered with 2 free and charged me $198.78! There is no phone number to contact them. I want to return them but am afraid won't get money back. And I don't want this reoccurring bill on my card. I doubt the address on the package will work because it's yours! Ordered ACV product for $119.49 and was incorrectly billed twice on 5-15-23. Called them and they credited back one of the charges. Returned product I did order for refund on 5-16-23. Never received a credit to my credit card. Called 12-29-23 and was told that the warehouse received my return and was ready to be authorized but not processed yet! (just a built in delay to see if I would follow up would be more accurate). They also sprung on me that the refund would not be for $119.49 but there would be a restocking fee because the warehouse needed to sterilize the shipment before they could send it out to someone else! They gave me ref. # for refund F97CC6C954 and assured me that the refund for $99.49 was processed and it could take **** days to show up on my ***************** As of today 1-24-24 it has not shown up. Called them 2 times and they say it has been processed and there is nothing else they can do. Called **************** and they say it has not been received. 3rd time I called merchant they told me they will check with billing **** and call me back. I want my money that they have been holding fraudulently for over 6 months! I should get back my full amount.Business Response

I ordered Speedy Keto +ACV in December to see what I thought of them They then sent another batch without my approval and charged my card $198.97. I called to return the product that did not do as they claimed and the best they offered was $50.00 and to stop sending them. I ordered ACV Prohealth Gummies and as with other complaints i have read, they send you no confirmation email and no where on their product is a phone number or website to contact. If you ****** the product, nothing comes up for this company. I have searched for a contact to cancel the subscription and can find none. They say you have to cancel in first 30 days but there is no way to get a hold of them. Seems like a scheme to take advantage of people getting frustrated with trying to find contact information only to give up and continue the subscription. I would like to cancel and don't know how.
