    I ordered keto gummies for a one time purchase and am bombarded with orders of them I never contracted for or find helpful. Four bottles unopened are in my possession but their billing name is so hidden, I cannot get to them directly.Please help me return the product, make this stop and get refunds

    For the second time in the past three months, I have received two bottles of ACV Keto gummies. I have no recollection of ordering these gummies. So far I have paid $143.39 for each order. I threw the first ones in the garbage mainly because I didnt order them and there was no information. In the envelope.I am asking for your help in both cancelling this order and refunding my money.     On Dec 1, 2023 I purchased ACV Keto Gummies as a one time purchase... I know that the response will be that I didn't read the fine print, but I can assure you that if it was there... it was very misleading and/or hard to find because I wanted to merely try these Keto gummies first before committing to a subscription and I am very careful about these things, but nonetheless, I, as with previous complaints will be accused of not cancelling something that we weren't even aware that we subscribed to. I noticed that I also received no email confirmation of a purchase or anything from this company, simply a charge from BOOSTP2 on my debit card as well as another from SANAP99 for something else that I purchased after the fact from them. I thought it was odd that my bank thought it was fraudulant and double checked with me to approve it on December **** that should have been a red flag.I received another charge from BOOSTP2 today which my bank again asked if it was fraudalent... yet another red flag that the bank is thinking these are fraudulent charges since this is the only company charges I've been asked about in months. No email again from the company, and I had an extremely difficult time even remembering what it was for and searches through my email and phone turned up nothing. The only way I figured it out was by googling and luckily someone else had filed a complaint and BOOSTP2 was in their complaint and it was also for KETO ACV gummies.I have found no difference in my weight, my appetite or energy level after taking these gummies and would like to cancel any further shipments even though I hold fast that I did not purchase them... especially since this company seems to be doing this to multiple people and making it very difficult to cancel anything. It's a very fraudulent and deceiving company for sure when they won't even send confirmation of orders (especially if it involves a so-called subscription).

    I was told that I would only be charged $30.00. I was charged an additional $99.39 I called customer service, got a return label, shipped product back for a full refund. Tracking said it made it to the return address given. I still have not received a refund.     I ordered three bottles of ACV for Health gummies based on an advertisement indicating that ******************** recent dramatic weight loss was due to her use of ACV for Health gummies. The cost was $199. After ordering (and hearing rumors in the press), I did additional research and found out the advertisement was a complete fake. It was definitely misleading and false advertising. This should be against the law!! I contacted the company who did not dispute my accusations and gave me directions on how to return the product for a refund which they said I would receive within 30 days. I shipped the product back on November 17, 2023, but have not received a refund. The reference number for my complaint is 8A9E880A7A. My RMA code was 5FDB07FB3353. Im embarrassed to admit that I have lost their phone number so I cannot provide it to you. If theres any additional information I can provide to help resolve this issue, please let me know.     I have been trying to cancel whatever subscription that I did not agree to yet my bank account is continuously charged $200 every month. There were most definitely NOT any terms or conditions that I agreed to for any sort of subscription! The product was garbage-- I do not want it. My bank account has now been charged over $800 and I am about to look into getting this resolved with an attorney if I don't get answers. The website I ordered from is no longer accessible, there is not a phone number listed anywhere for me to contact for any customer service and this is wrong to do to people.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    while I appreciate the refund for one of the months, it hardly makes up for what was wrongfully taken out of my bank account. I have 4 packages of this low quality product, all unopened, that I did not agree or want to buy. You keep saying that I agreed to this in the terms and conditions but, unless the part about agreeing to a subscription was in illegible font or in an irregular location- I did not agree to be charged $200 a month. I see that a lot of people have had this same issue with this business and have almost identical complaints. The website is very misleading. I would like a full refund for the product that I have returned to sender and should be received shortly by the shipper.

    I purchased the product ACV Keto For Health on 4/23/2023. They over charged me $238.54. I called and they credited my credit card $50. I received the product and decided I didnt want it and called the company to find out how to return it. They said as long as it was unopened, I could return it for a full refund. I mailed it on 5/16/2023 (I have my US ************** receipt). I called on 5/23/2023 they said it would take 2-3 weeks to see my credit of $188.54. Refund confirmation #****A7F8E9. I kept calling and never received the credit and kept getting the run-around. RMA Return #F382BCCB9157. I talked to them on 8/21/2023, they said there was a restocking fee of $50 with a refund of $138.54. I agreed to that and thought the credit would come, but it never did.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have checked my credit card statement for the dates you say the refund was made. I see on my May 19, 2023 statement that I did received the $50.00 on 4/24/2023 credit from KHEAL*AS23PORTLANDOR. This was the only credit made from ACV For Health. Please show proof the $138.54 on 8/21/2023 was issued. THERE HAS BEEN NO OTHER CREDITS ISSUED. You also say $50.00 was refunded on 1/9/2024 and to allow **** days. As of today, 1/18/2024 this credit has not been issued to my credit card ending in 8529.

    Filed a negative review with the BBB about this company's practices, ACV for Keto Health. After I learned I had filed a subscription, BBB contacted the company who responded to me via email to claim that they had cancelled my subscription. When I tried to respond to the company, I was unable because it came thru BBB. On 12/11/23, I received another shipment from the company and have been trying to determine which credit card I used because the company changes the billing name each time it bills. The only common denominator is that the dollar continues to be the same, $198.78. In October, they billed under the name SprMark*OT29 *******, *******. On December 4th, they billed under the name BoostP2 in the amount of $198.78. This is fraudulent behavior and makes it very difficult to track in order to cancel and get a refund. Their representative named Lux on 12/12 by telephone confirmed to me that the subscription now has been cancelled (again) and that I can mail the product back at my own expense, and when the warehouse receives the mdse, they will determine whether or not they will refund my money. This company has bottled apple cider vinegar which one can purchase in the grocery store for perhaps several dollars, jelled it to gummy form, coated it with sugar and are selling it at very high prices. Again, The product is called ACV for Keto Health and is supposedly a product of Metabrain Boost Plus but is never billed that way. They make it very, very difficult to return the product for credit, and when they finally agree to work with you, offer to credit you up to $100 so that one doesn't have to go to the *********** to mail it back. Outrageous!!!! These are shady business practices, and I want the full amount of my purchases refunded...this latest billing was $198.78 and the last one on 10/29 in the same amount but billed under a different name. I plan on reporting them to the Attorney General and ************************* I want a full refund.

If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.

    Unfortunately, we can no longer process any refund on your account since you already filed a dispute with your bank. The reason we cannot process a refund is that you have already requested one with them. Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. The best resolution is to coordinate with your bank regarding this matter.

    Rest assured, the account is canceled and you won't receive any further charges.
