    I order keto weight loss gummies. I was to be charged ***** for 3 with 2 free & free shipping. I was charged ****** then another charge for ***** which I did not do. When checking out the was no total every given. So not only was I over charged & charged again but when I received the package I did not get what I ordered. I called the number on the packing label to tell them I was over charged & the other charge should not have been charged but I asked for the address not the ** Box on outside of package & a label to return the person would not give it to me. I dispute both charges with my bank.

    Had this product fraudulently charged and delivered. Sent it back and can not get a refund. Cost was ****** three bottles and 2 free. They sent 3 we never a opened the bag. Could tell there was 3. Now they charged restocking $10 a bottle for 5 bottles REFUND SHOULD BE $168.78. They are saying $148.78. But its been sense jan 30th and nothing refunded.

    This order was placed fraudulently like mentioned before. The order is in my wife's name ***********************. After all of the problems we feel a full refund should be made of $198.78. Even if not the full refund then it should be $168.78. There was only 3 bottles in the bag not 5. They changed to restocking of 5 at $10 per bottle. And there customer support keeps saying an  e-check was emailed. Nothing received get a different excuse every call. Thank you

    This has been going on since Jan 30th. We call weekly to the customer service number **************. We get the same answer refund was done on Jan 30th. We have received nothing. When telling them that they forward it to billing to issue a refund. And to wait 5-7 days. Nothing ever shows up. We also feel after all of this we should receive a FULL refund of $198.78. We have already been overcharged $20.00 for restocking. We received 3 not 5 bottles but changed restocking for 5.  At $10/ bottle Thank you for your help.

    I am rejecting this response because: It has been the same excuses since end of January. I call customer service and they tell me it will go to billing to look at. And an E-check will be emailed from check book I.O.. A refund can not be applied back to the card used because that card was compromised and had to be cancelled. Just send a paper check. Or get the e-check figured out. It is taking for to long. I will not stop asking for my refund and just go away. Also after all of this a full refund should be made.

    Just so the BBB knows this company continues to do the same thing to many people. We have done some research. And it's the same thing being done. Claiming more bottles were sent than received, charge restock for what they say was  sent not received, then they never send that refund. Use the same excuses billing issues, email issues, banking issues, and more. There should be more that can be done.  THANKS FOR TRYING TO HELP.

    I ordered ACV Keto gummies 5 bottles for $199 in June of 2023. I didnt realize it was a subscription and they kept sending me 5 bottles monthly for $199. The problem is that I finally cancelled in November of 2023 and I wrote down my cancellation code( E3901087a2) after that they continued to send me two more packages and charge me an additional $398 over the next two months. I called again and got a second cancellation code (E479a491fa) They acknowledged that they see I had already cancelled and offered for me to keep the gummies and issue a $50 refund. I said no that I wanted a full refund for the last two months. We finally arrived at they would send me a digital check in 7-10 days for $298 and when I send back the 10 bottles of gummies using my own money for shipping and handling they would return the remaining $100. Its been about 4 weeks since that phone call now. I have not received a digital check yet for the $298 and I am not mailing the product back until I atleast receive that. I called them back on the 11th business day from when they told me 7-10 days and I was just told that I need to be patient.

    I ordered the gummies from a company with an address of PO Box *****,. Las Vegas, ** *****. When I saw no Results, I tried to return the gummies. / I have tried to find a phone number with negative results.     I wanted to try the keto gummies to lose weight. I ordered them. The product did not work. I was just not planning to reorder. I then was sent another package and my card was billed. The billing was under a different name and I did not have any emails about a second shipment. Sneaky. I did not open the package, called the company and after much arguing got an RMA number with a promise of a full credit. Tracking shows they received the item back on January 25th and I have yet to get any credit. I need help.

    -I received an email saying my product was on the way. -After about 5 hrs I noticed the email and emailed back not to send the product. -I notified my bank and requested a new card. -I received my new card -I also received the product -After several emails back and forth I returned the product, figuring it was a scam, and asked for a return of my money. -I have all of the email documenting this. -the charge for their product was $198.71 and the return of the product was $28. -I finally found a phone number and contacted them by phone. The response didnt make any since so I asked for a supervisor who told me that because I contacted my bank they would neither return my money nor the product. I told her that was theft. She said well thats our policy. I said so youre telling me that I should not contact my bank for a new card? She said I dont say that. Than I said but you are keeping my money and the product because I contacted my bank and she said yes. - I have many more emails I just didnt know how to forward them all to you. I think you can see from the ones Ive sent what went on. -I would appreciate your help.

You can get this discounted price of $39.75 if you will purchase a bundle, the more bottles more discounts you can get. The deal is $198.78 for 3 bottles so each bottle is $66.26. We are including 2 free bottles in that package so that brings the price down (divide $198.78 by 5) to $39.75 for each bottle.
     
    We list this cheaper product price on our packages not to mislead, but to show the savings customers can have by purchasing the larger packages. We do provide the total price for each package right under the offers to avoid any confusion. 

    Unfortunately, we can no longer process any refund on your account since you already filed a dispute with your bank. The reason we cannot process a refund is that you have already requested one with them. Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. The best resolution is to coordinate with your bank regarding this matter.

    this company, as you can see, has the product and my $198. Its not right. Im almost 78 years old. I live on SS. This is not right of this company. To me it seems like theft.

    The company is doing exactly what they have been doing since July 13, 2023. At first, I thought it was just because I was talking to a machine not a person  But then I called and realized they said the same thing  They pretend that they do not see the letter that the bank sent releasing the money to them $198.78  That happened on July 13, 2023.  The original transaction was in April 2023. Lets be clear about this:

    1. This company has my $198.78  And it is mine  

    2. This company has their product and they also have a receipt that I mailed back that product when I received it

    3. This company has a letter from the bank saying that the money was released to them on July 13, 2023  The dispute was ended in their favor. They have the money and the product.  The bank has no further dealing with this.

    4  this company pretends that they think the dispute is not ended In their favor, and that they have that money of mine.  However, now the Better Business Bureau can see that letter they can see the receipt that I mailed the product back to the company and the company has had this information since last fall over and over and over again. 

    5. It is obvious at this point that this is a scam and these people need to give me my money back. I am 77 years old and cant afford to lose $198.78.  It was bad enough that I had my credit card compromised and now these people want to keep whatever product there is theirs its not mine and I dont want it  But now theyre keeping the money that belongs to a senior woman. Its not right they own a business theyre not stupid people. They can read that letter and know that they have the money and the product again I dont want their product I never did.

    Re: KetoGenesis-ACV PO Box ***** *********, ** *****. I recd notice from my bank on 1/26/2024 that (3) charges were posted on my account totaling $457.55. Products Ive never heard of & certainly never ordered. My bank suspected my bank account was hacked & so it was closed. I called the companys customer service immediately & was advised that the order was already being processed & all I had to do was wait for it to be delivered, then return the unopened product for a refund. The package came today 2/6/2024 but it wasnt even the full order that I was charged for. I was charged for 10 bottles of gummies & 2 bottles of something called cleanse, but the package that was delivered only contained (5) bottles of gummies & (2) bottles of cleanse. I called customer service again to get instructions to return the product for a full refund. They kept telling me that they couldnt give me a full refund, until I insisted on speaking with a person in charge. They then gave me an RMA # to put on the package to send back to the address on the package. I had to pay for the shipping costs to return the product. I havent been able to reach the company since. This has been a nightmare. I did NOT order this product in the first ********* feel like this money was stolen from me. My bank account has been compromised & this company is not helping at all. How can this behavior be legal ?

    Per the **** tracking info, the company received the returned unauthorized product on 2/10/2024.

    I have not been refunded the full amount of the unauthorized order ($457.55) as of today 2/21/2024.

    I NEVER ordered this product in the first place.  I NEVER authorized these monies to be deducted from my bank account & I DEMAND this refund be processed immediately.

    My bank account is so messed up from this bogus activity & the VERY least that the company can do is make it right.

    As instructed, I returned the unauthorized product order via **** , following the detailed instructions provided by the company.

    Per the **** tracking info, the company received the returned unauthorized product on 2/10/2024.

    I have not heard from anyone involved.

    I have not been refunded the full amount of the unauthorized order ($457.55) as of today 2/21/2024.

    As indicated in all the correspondence shown above, I am still waiting to hear back from ACV For Health regarding the refund that was promised.

    My bank account is still totally messed up & I am getting desperate for a resolution to this awful situation. I did not order the products, I did not give the authorization

    to deduct $457.55 from my checking account to pay for said products.

     

    I feel like I have done EVERYTHING asked of me. I made several calls to ACVs ********************** & attempted to email them as well. 

    The emails were returned with a message that the email address ACV had provided was bogus.  I reached out to BBB, but as of today, there seems to be

    no indication of a viable resolution to this situation.

     

    I returned the products as directed by the **************** folks @ ********************.  I followed the VERY specific return instructions to the letter.

    I returned the unused, unopened product in the same package that it was delivered in.  They then gave me an RMA # to put on the package to send back to the address on the package.

    (see photos) I had to pay for the shipping costs ($27.20) to return the product, so at this point, the full amount of my refund will be $484.75

     

    I have the **** tracking information & know for a fact that the returned product was recd at the companys headquarters on 2/10/2024 (see attached **** documents)  Per the information provided

    by the company, I was to receive a refund within 5-10 business days.  As of today, it has now been 12 business days & I have not recd the refund, nor can I reach anyone at the company. 

     

    Not that it should matter, but as if this situation could possibly be any worse, my husband recently passed away & I am now down to one income & beside myself with grief & beyond worried about finances.

    This seemingly illegal transaction with ACV For Health has created total chaos at a time when things are already extremely difficult. This has been a nightmare. I did NOT order this product in the first place

    & I feel like this money was stolen from me. My bank account has been compromised & this company is not helping at all.

     

    If they cannot return the $484.75 to my checking account from which they clearly had no problem deducting it fromthen they can issue a certified check & mail it to me ASAP.

    Speedy AVC sent me two jars of gummy's I didn't ask for a future shipment but i keep getting them in the mail. I see no way to contact them... and I didn't give them permission to take additional funds from my account, Worst scam every and all over the internet and **** and amazon.. Thank you
