    I knowingly submitted $9.99 for a subscription to this business for a monthly service. While viewing around their website, I clicked on a coaching button to get more information about it and I was charged an additional $49.95 for a service I did NOT know I subscribed to. Nowhere did it say I would be charged at that moment, nor the amount. Right away I submitted an email to them which "Stella" the automated bot continues to say that its under review with their team for over a week an half. I have contacted the business, several times via emails and get the same responses. After looking into their reviews on the web there are many complains about this company doing the same to them, such a scam!!!!

    Signed up for the 9.99 program. Immediately was charged $29.99, emailed them as soon as I received this email stating the additional charge for a refund. I was told I’d hear back with 24 hours. Heard nothing. Cancelled everything to find out that I apparently was also charged 5.99, five separate times for something I did not sign up for. Beware using this app. They’re scamming people of their hard earned money, that are making an attempt to better themselves via their app.

    I signed up for the 9.99 program and was automatically enrolled in a $49.99 meal plan. I immediately disputed with PayPal and MadMuscles. Multiple emails with someone named Stella, telling me me case was under review. This is a SCAM! A bate n switch. And the ap SUCKS!

    Just like the other reviewers I to was baited into a $49.95 charge that I did not want. The screen popped up and there was no way to X out of it and before I knew it I was charged $49.95 for a coaching add on that I did not want. I emailed MadMuscles right away and was strung along with promises of "looking" into my refund and was never given one. I had my bank put a stop payment on the charge and MadMuscles went and charged me again under a new name madmusl a G4QD and this time they charged my VISA number which they should not have had. I now have had to get a new card and am still waiting to be refunded my $49.95. This company is a total scam!! They dupe you into clicking a button only to charge you $49.95 without even knowing you agreed to it.

    Do not sign up for this service! Such a scam. They advertise a price to sign up for the service and then bait you into upgrading without you even knowing. The service itself is very poor as well unless you are a complete beginner. When I asked for a refund because of the additional charges, they claim they go through a “review” process, which was over a week only to deny the request. I just wanted to extra $50 they charged me for something I didn’t sign up for back. I didn’t even use the service outside of the initial exploring the app. I explore you to stay away from them, they will steal your money and run.

    Much like everyone else, I went to try out this product after an ad popped up. I started a trial and it led me to another page which I had to click in order to continue and it automatically took 49.95. I didn’t want this product and it wouldn’t let me change it. I figured there would be at least a confirmation like every other company has. There was not.
    I contacted their support and did not hear back for days. Then the same repetitive response. Did not even address how the app is set up to scam people!I have not even logged into this companies website. After my experience I want nothing to do with them and suggest no one else does. I feel this is a scam. Very misleading and
    does not provide any benefit to you or anyone else. Buyer beware!!
    I have canceled the subscription that I did not sign up for, but have yet to receive a refund! If I could give this company less than one star, I would!

    I was intrigued so I followed the instructions to sign up, paid the money for three months of training with Brian and then I got the first email. However, the email contained steps two and three-step one was missing. Turns out step one is vital for the purchaser. I’ve sent email after email to no avail-only to be sent form letters with pat answers. And of course they have no phone numbers!! I guess I’m just their latest sucker!!
