    I subscribed to Mad Muscles for $18.99 not realizing it was a subscription service. I thought I was ordering Tai Chi videos. That could have been my fault for not reading the small print.
    As soon as I subscribed, immediately other offers appeared without explanation of what it was, no price, nothing about a separate subscription and one click, the first additional click committed me to a $49.99 added subscription. More appeared after that click, but luckily I did not click on the other offers as I started wondering, 'what is this'.
    I was under the impression that because it appeared right after paying the initial $18.99 I thought the second click was related to itemizing that. However, it was for an online coach subscription.
    I immediately let Mad Muscles know that I did not mean to order an ongoing subscription or to order the $49.99 separate subscription and that I wanted to unsubscribe. I received the instructions to unsubscribe, which I did immediately. After 2 more attempts to be reimbursed, I sought assistance thru PayPal, which sided with the vendor, stating the service I ordered was as described. Thank God it didn't cost $499 or something as there was no price for the second click after making the initial order of $18.99.
    I agreed to pay the $18.99, chalking it up to 'my bad' but wanted the $49.99 back for the service I never used, not a product I received, but for a service I did not use. They offered me an extended subscription at no cost, which I rejected as I work out at a gym with a friend in person in my town and simply did not want the subscription for an online coach. I finally told them they could have the money and am cancelling my PayPal account so I am never tempted to do something so stupid again and because PayPal did nothing to help me.

    absolutely horrible! I cancelled my subscription to them that was 4.99$ and a month later they charged me 40$ claiming that I did not cancel even though I have screenshots from their website and and email from them saying that I did in fact cancel but refused to refund me.

    If you sign up for the $4.99 intro offer in order to continue on with the app you HAVE to select a nutrition coach BEWARE you are then instantly charged $49.95. Cancelled and reached out to support within seconds and no refund. SCAM!!!!

    I was unaware of two subscriptions and I feel like this is a scam. How you worded this before signing up is very confusing. I didn’t agree to this and I’m requesting a full refund. I have not even used your services . I was ill for a while w I was just notified b my card provider about these unauthorized charges.
