    I knowingly submitted $9.99 for a subscription to this business for a monthly service. However, in moving around their website,.I clicked on a coaching button and was charged an additional $49.95 for a service I did NOT know I subscribed to. Additionally, nowhere did it say I would be charged at that moment, nor the amount.When I contacted the business, we went back and forth via email numerous times with them finally saying they will not refund the $49.95. they admitted no fault and we're actually very dismissive about it.This is beyond frustrating and their customer service is lackluster to say the least.

    On 7/27/25, I went to the MadMuscles website and chose a trial subscription of $4.99. On their website, you are taken to a section that asks you what other services you may be interested in. After you click on the services that you may be interested in, you are automatically billed for the things that you clicked on. It is very predatory-like. I was charged an additional $29.95 and $49.95 and when I realized what happened, I immediately canceled both of those extra subscriptions on the same day. When I tried to ask for a refund, the support team offered me 3 extra months instead. I have asked for a refund 3 times now.

    By mistake i signed to a trial subscription. However they automatically charged me a months advance which i did not approve of. Ive asked them nicely but they would not refund. I made a mistake by the trial whoch was ***** but i never ever approved of a monthly membership. This is wrong. They stole ***** dollars from me. Its the principal.     Please look into this. **** i said i signed for a trial but never ever gave them access to sign me in. This was a total mistake. Ive teached out to company yet they have blown me off.  I would never ever,i promise u,  sign up for some ridiculous app that tells me what to eat. Im 5'6 and 125lbs. This was a scam. Please believe me. I dont have the money to spend on such a thing. Anyway pleases check this out. Its so unfair. Thank you ********* ard

    On July 5, 2025 I explored the MadMuscle ad, accepted the "trial invitation" for Tai Chi exercises and authorized payment by my debit card. Once I completed the transaction, the site did not take me to the trial exercises I purchased, but made me traverse through a series of upsells about body building. I decided to cancel and rather than having an obvious option to exit, the site manipulates customers to inadvertently accepting an upsell offer. I disliked the way they set up their site and how they manipulated visitors to and through their site. I cancelled my trial before the expiration date and cancelled the unintended upsell subscription. I requested cancellation from all subscriptions and reversal of my charges which their terms and conditions seem to state. Instead I received an email apologizing for inconveniences and stating my request for refund is "under review." Today, my request is still "under review." I notified my bank of the unauthorized purchases and the unsatisfactory response from the company leading me to believe that maybe, if they have a mind to, maybe they will refund my money. The purchase and receipt come from AMOAPPS Limited. My bank took action and cancelled my debit card.

    Upon downloading the Mad Muscle app I signed up and agreed to a 4 week trial at a $9.99 cost. I entered my card information. I immediately checked my bank account after and noticed an additional charge of $49.99. I never agreed to this. I clicked the support button to reach out about this which is only through an automated email. So I did. An automated email was sent back to me immediately stating to cancel my account and how to do it. So I did. This was withing 10 minutes of signing up. I never once used the service and asked that I just be refunded altogether because I do not support companies with hidden charges. My trust was broken. Every email I received there after was automated. I was never heard and can not believe a company can get away with stealing people's money. My account was canceled at their advice and the only thing ever offered was 3 free days and an I'm sorry but you must have unintentionally agreed to something for the charge. Three free days on a canceled account? This company is a fraud. I can only imagine how many others have been charged these hidden fees.

    I asked by email to have my subscription canceled because I couldnt find a way to cancel it online or through their app and was charged again 3 months later anyways.     This whole program is a scam and should be taken down from the Internet!!!!!! initially you think youre signing up for something cheaper but down the road, youre charged $50 for a subscription that they did not tell you about Shame on them!!!

    On June 25th 2025 I intended to purchase a $4.99 weekly trial from MadMuscles to try their Tai Chi program. After completing my purchase, there didnt seem to be a way around selecting a big orange button on the screen. I proceeded to do so in the hopes that it would take me to the program Id just purchased. It all happened very fast and quickly became clear that by selecting that button they'd charged me an additional *****! No confirmation required, my ****** was charged on the spot. I immediately requested a refund (for the add-on only). Note: I recently learned that the add-on Id purchased was for their AI coach which I absolutely will not be using.After contacting MadMuscles support immediately via email (no telephone number available to speak to an actual human) and regular contact with their customer service bot with canned responses over the course of six days, their typical response was that they had a high volume of requests, but were working to resolve my problem as quickly as possible. The customer service bot offered me 3 free months instead of a refund, which I promptly declined.The accidental purchase happened just as the company intends. After viewing many reviews identical to mine within the last few days (that date back over a year) it's clear the company does NOT take feedback into account to improve their processes and are completely reliant on accidental purchases to make a profit. Reviews just like mine have been posted to various places including Trust Pilot, Instagram, ****** Playstore, Reddit, and other places I'm sure. The fact that by pressing one single button you could be charged that much without any sort of second confirmation is predatory and a scam.I have escalated my request through ****** and am now conversing with a MadMuscles bot within the ****** app. So far they have again offered me 3 free months and now have sweetened the deal to return 50% of the *****. This company needs to be investigated.
