Signed up for fullstaq marketer (business launch challenge) about a month and a half ago, paid for all the requirements such as a $97 a month payment and a $39 for the Maine part of the event and other payments ect. All the going in knowing it'll be a month till the business even starts, still invested do to how promising the company made it by saying stuff on video, social media, emails, and ect. Promises that this is for everyone even even if for example one never was involved in any business- stamens such as a promising success so long as you follow step By step. Now that's not the case for everyone bec. There are religious people who observe the sabbath, and there Maine idea of what there doing is that so long as you join the zoom meetings and follow up on stuff You Will Succeed, but for some reason they desired to make the once a month meetings on Friday night est. time followed by that sabbath day, followed by Sunday where that's the only day a religious observant person can attain the session ( 1 out of 3 ) and on top of that they any ways have 2 other meetings on Friday, Pacific time ect. And making the est. meeting the latest on Fridays which is totally unfair bec. Religious observant for sure can't make the sabbath day meeting, and it should make no preference to them to make the Friday meetings for est. Time hours before sunset like there doing anyway for there first two meeting just a simple switch from the pacific to eastern time meetings fixes half the problem (because the timing is different the and won't make a difference to them if the meeting starts later for them do to the sabbath unlike est time) the other half is Don't make the 3 day once a month meetings Friday sabbath Sunday either start first Sunday or end the last one on Thursday/ early Friday. It's only right that all get to attend and be apart of the business a specially with an easy fixable problem.Business response

We provided our members with the date of the event and encouraged the members to buy the tools in advance so they are not waiting till the day of the event as it takes time for your domain to propagate. At the event we have step by step instruction manuals that are provided to our attendees and we have breakout sessions for each instruction manual. At the moment we are currently holding the events on weekends as many of our members and attendees work during the Mon-Friday work week and only have flexibility during the weekends. We respect everyone's religious practices and have several members, staff and trainers that take time on Sunday's to practice their religious beliefs. This is why we have our step by step instruction manuals. So our attendees can implement the steps on their own at home independently or in a group session with a trainer during our break out sessions. I am sorry to hear you felt that you were unable to participate due to us holding the event on Sunday. Great marketing almost 2 hour presentation. Throughout Keala remarked numerous times that the $99 was fully refundable for any reason. Now the step after that was for $39 and he stated clearly that the $39 was not refundable. I paid the $99 on March 3, 2022. Filed all the paperwork they required within 2 days requesting a refund and they continue to ignore my request for the $99 refund. This company should be reviewed by the Nevada State Attorney General and the Nevada State Attorney General. I wonder how many hundreds of people respond positively to their presentation and then start down their marketing rabbit hole, try to stop and at least get the $99 first charge refunded and just get blown off like me. I deserve my refund back. And they can keep the $39 because I am not able to travel to their meeting in Las Vegas.Business response

This company sells e-mail profiles to scammers and spammers. For example, a well-known spammer and scammer, Keala K****, has terrorized me with spam e-mail trying to scam me. I have blocked his e-mail, I have reported him and still this piece of scum terrorizes me with e-mail.Business response

I purchased the Fullstaq Training course on December 23,2021 with the promise that my $99 would be refunded if I decided that the program was not for me, with the 14 day trial. I watched the videos and answered the Accelerator course questions before I met with Bryan on my Intro Call on 12-26-2021. Yet Bryan told me that he did not see my answers, And so I re-entered my answers, three different times, yet my answers never showed up because the website was having technical issues or glitches. Bryan then told me that he will make a note of this to the Fullstaq company. Afterwards he asked me the questions that they wanted me to answer on the website. He then said he wanted me to attend a three day training with my family member, to try to see how they would further assist me in my training which cost more money. Well after that call and watching a few more videos as well as attending a Thursday zoom meeting, I realized I did not want to continue the training. I then wrote an email to cancel the program on Jan 3, 2022, Yet I did not hear back from the company. I then wrote again on Jan 4, 2022 that I am cancelling the training before 14 days and need my $99 back. Yet I still did not hear back from the company. I then called on Jan 5, 2022 and left a message about canceling, but still got no response. I now have waited till today Jan 17, 2022, Yet I still have no response and my $99 have still not been returned. So I am now filing a complaint because they have not returned my money, that they promised to return with the 14 day trial period. I watched the videos, Did the Intro Call and went to a zoom meeting, and determined that I wanted to cancel before the 14 days, As they promise to return your money if you watch the training videos, answer the questions, do the Intro call which shows you gave it a try....Which I did, But they still haven't returned my money, and refuse to respond. So I'm now writing for the $99 to be returned back to my account.Business response

After being a part of the affiliate marketing training, I cancelled. I have not been involved in this business for several years. Out of the blue, I get an email that an account has been created and my login information for the new account is contained in that email. I respond to that email to say that I am no longer affiliated and that all should have been cancelled. I get another email telling me to go through the refund process. I don't need a refund! I need the assurance that I am out of their system and I will get no more surprise emails saying my account has been created. They seem to be fishing for business, looking to scare people into contacting them or something. Its slimy and makes me afraid they will charge me money for something. On May/2021 I participated in the Business Challenge weekend. I was excited because of the results I got. I saw honesty and transparency during the event, so I decided to go with the Elite program. I took the funds from my Tax free accounts. I paid $ 998 deposit and the 1st installment of $ 3,900. The coach I was working with made it possible for me to pay in 2 installments. I started the training right away even though I didn't finish paying the 2nd installment. I was committed and focused on the training. After 3 weeks of going through it, I suddenly had a healthy issue that made me stop all my activities, including my job. I contacted my couch to let him know that I wasn't able to continue with the training, as I needed to take care of myself first and requested for a refund. I received $ 998 + $ 1,000 refund. I requested another $ 1,000 refund and on August 27th the coach confirmed it, but I haven't received it yet. I have contacted the coach, but she is not answering my messages.Business response

In March I attended the 2.5 day business launch challenge. I pulled a personal loan for the elite program which promises you make $15,000 in you first 90 days or the ceo calls you and personally coaches you to set up your affiliate program to produce the promised amount as long as you took the course and followed the guidance provided my the team coaches. I did just that and ran out of funds to continue to work towards making the promised goal. It is now July and I am in $10,000 of debt that I no longer have the available funds to pay on. Still no call from the CEO and my programs are not operational anymore because of inability to pay bills to keep those programs running. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the courseware as it only guided me to pay more money that I didn't have to promote product ads. I'm out of refund range. And I have no way to recover. I want an apology and I want that personal guidance that was promised or $15000 that was promised.Business response
