      Back in 11/2023. i talked to a senior advisor name *** from fullstaq marketer regarding elite mastermind program. he told me application fee is $998 and monthly subscription is $49 a month.I can use the program as long as i am sign up for monthly. He did not explain to me about 12 month contract. I did reach out to support center multiple times to cancel my monthly subscription. each time, they said someone will contact me shortly. it's been three days. I have not hear anything from them.I did sign the application not knowing that there is 12 month requirement.I would like to know if there is cancellation fee? Is there way i can prepay for the remainder of the 12 months to cancel my monthly subscription. I want to cancel my monthly with a cancellation document saying that there will be no hidden charges after the cancellation.

      The team provided access to the beginning courses so you could continue to master some of the training while you worked to complete your *************. 

      I am providing the screenshots of our teams correspondence as we did reply back to you within 24 hours of receiving your email and you have not been charged additionally for any payments once you emailed in requesting to cancel your payments. 

      The payment plan you were on has been voided as a courtesy and you will not receive any additional charges.

      I sat through the online presentation, I liked what I heard, so I signed up for the course. But they immediately started blowing me up with email, text messages, and phone calls. It was non stop for days on end. It annoyed the h*** out of me. So I never started the course because of it, and I started asking for my money back because they have a money back guarantee. Then I couldn't get responses from them, and they wouldn't respond to my several attempts until I finally got a response telling me to reach out to a specific person or department. So I did as instructed and never heard a single word back from them other than the marketing emails they still continuously send.

      Fullstaq contacted me via email and wanted me to schedule a call time.   I selected 3PM Nov 1st.   This was apparently a web call, so they sent me a link saying your call is scheduled in 24 hours.  I then recieved another stating call starts in 1 hour, and then a 3rd email stating call starts in 10 minutes.   Well I was on the call 5 minutes before hand and stayed on until 3:05 and nobody ever joined the call.   It's the same thing with them all the time.   Its about a refund on a money back guarantee,  and they will not cooperate.

      Of course I emailed them, letting them know that I appreciate them wasting my time,  and that it was obvious their time was more valuable than mine.   

       

      I sent them 2 attachments of the receipts that need refunded as well.   But surprising enough, they haven't responded.

      Our Marketing team typically sends out 2 emails per day. If you had just signed up for the Business Launch Challenge and purchased your tools you may have been receiving several emails per day from the different marketing teams the tools (Bluehost, ************, and Getresposne) are associated with. It's important to note that these tools are separate companies from Fullstaq Marketer and we are unable to control the volume of emails being sent by other companies. 

       I will be happy to provide this feedback to our team as we optimize our event and factor in the tools we use for the BLC's.

      As for your refund request,  our policy can be found on our website and the details around refunds are also available on our checkout pages. 

      To request a refund you need to email our support department directly at *********************************** In reviewing your account there were no refund request submitted to our support team, however I did find an email reply you sent to our automated emails around your Business Breakthrough Appointment.

      It is 2 1/2 years later after the Business Launch Challenge. I was very excited in July 2021 to get my funnel built, and my getresponse.com tools set up. I enrolled for all of the tools they said was needed. I was sure after watching the videos about mindset that I would be successful. In spite of doing my best to do exactly what they said, I am still not able to succeed. I did 4 tutorials with a coach. I read and listened to success materials. I watched and rewatched tutorials. I gave up church for a while to do group calls on Wednesday and I was at many tech Thursday sessions. I wrote 70 response emails for get response.com after video sessions from Mr *************** I really tried my best. It did not work. I had to cancel my getresponse.com because I did not have the $1000 to renew it. I still have some interested people online from leads I bought from zerochasemedia.com but I have only made $500 total. Compare that to spending $37 plus $27 per month for 2 of the tools for 2 years, and $2000 for 2 years of get response.com and $1800 for 3 years of *************.com. And I am still paying the loan I had to get in order to become an elite member with fullstaqmarketer.com. The loan to pay for this service was $5036.Now they have more tutorials, on a new elite level, for me to buy to help my success. I will not buy. This opportunity is valid. But it does not work for everyone like they lead you to believe. I believed everything, from the first ad on youtube.com to the emails sent to me with links to more videos. I do not believe now that anyone can succeed with their services, like they told me multiple times. If you do not have the money to spend on this outside of your normal spending then you should probably pass on this.. Overall I have been very disappointed.

      Hello Can you confirm if this complaint is valid based on the time of purchase? I was told that service experiences from 2 years or more are not valid and this client purchased in July of 2021. 

      She has not been engaged within out community and is pursuing a refund outside of our 14 day refund policy.

      We standby our promises and commitments to our members and us a company we review our members feedback and surveys to continuously find additional opportunities to support our members.

      When you started in 2021, we offered 4 weeks of tutoring for our Elite members. If you have been a part of Fullstaq over the this last year, then you likely have heard that we have 12 weeks of tutoring now provided to all of our Elite members and ongoing ******************************************************************** the C4 frame work (Conquer the mind, capture the lead, copywriting and conversions).

      In addition to the 12 weeks of tutoring and ongoing training, we have monthly check ins available for our Elite members with our Concierge team.

      I would like to personally speak to you around the cost you paid for your tools as the claims of spending thousands on tools seems very high and inaccurate.There are costs associated when operating any business whether it be an online business or a brick and mortar business.The tools required to build and operate your funnel are not owned by Fullstaq Marketer but we do factor in the monthly cost of the tools and recommend to our members that they select the basic packages for the tools.

      Get response is $19 a month and ************ is $97 a month, these companies do offer higher plans but that is not what we recommend. This can be reviewed on the Thank You Page after you purchase your seat for the Business Launch Challenge.We have a great program, and have several resources to support our Elite members. We have team members on staff who are dedicated to just opting into our members funnels to provide feedback and guidance.

      The support is here but it is necessary to reach out for it. I would love to have a team member personally work with you and have you complete the 12 week tutoring program and register for the Quarterly Summit events.We have an excellent class currently happening around Mindset and ****************.

      In addition to the tutoring and summit classes you still have core training that has not been completed. Please reach out to us, so we can schedule a call with you and have one of our funnel engineers work with you to get an action plan in place.

      On July ***** I paid and attended a 3 day business launch challenge hosted by ********************* and FullStaq Marketer. On Monday July 24, I had mentor/mentee call that was hosted by ***** "***" for short. On this call, I shared with him that I had just lost my job but I applied for my business license and I plan to have my business fund my training that would cost me $15,000 before August 18, 2023. I shared with him my plans; he said cool and wanted to know how much money did I have to put a down payment while I applied for a business loan to fund the rest. I shared that I had about $5000.00. He said let's put $2900 down in order to get into the program. He wanted to know that I was committed and expressed that this would secure me a spot on the limited roaster. So I authorized the $2900 down payment.I thought I could not get a business loan without using my personal credit, I was just waiting on my LLC to come in that I just applied for. ************** didn't mention a refund policy only being 14 days, he wanted to ensure I secured funding by 8/18/23.After I could not secure a business loan, I reached back out to ***** informing him that I could not move forward with the program and I requested a refund of my $2900 down payment. I believe it was 8/17/23 that I requested a refund of my down payment. No response, I have emailed FullStaq Marketer. They set up a call 8/23/23 and informed me that they had to elevate my concern to upper management and that I should hear something back in 5 days. No response again. On 8/31/23 I sent another email to there customer service refund department, I received a response on 9/4/23 stating a 14 day refund policy but they want to set up another call for me to see if they are able to refund me. They are able to refund me, I haven't used any Elite exclusive training and they misrepresented themselves by providing me an option of making a down payment with the intension of qualifying for a business line of credit to pay the rest.

      Our Advisor team is there to assess your Business goals. As you expressed interest in the Elite program but did not have the ability to join the Elite program at that time he suggested you start with the $2,900 Master Staq program. This program provides you with the digital courses so you can work through the training and start mastering how to become a digital marketer. 


      Like any other company we do have a refund policy. This is stated on our website, and on our checkout pages.


      In addition we provide our members with their Digital Course Agreement. Which outlines what they are *********** and what our companys policies are.

      This was provided to you on 7/24/2023 and you signed that you acknowledged the Digital Course Agreement on 07/24/2023.

      While we understand you may be upset to learn that you requested outside of the refund policy, everything was outlined and disclosed to you at the time of purchase.

      Our company refund policy is 14 days as we are an *************************** and our Affiliates are paid out on the 14th day.

      Although you may not have used all of the product, your Affiliate who referred you has been paid out and it would be unethical for us to remove their commission. 


      We had requested for you to book a call with me directly so we could see if your request that came outside of the refund window warranted an exception. I will be reaching out to you in regards to your complaint and I am providing the screen shots of your signed Digital Course Agreement, our refund policy, and the 14 day refund policy that was stated at the time of purchase.

      I am rejecting this response because everyone has a policy and set of guidelines that they follow. This is why they have managers in place to make the necessary decision when you have an extenuating circumstances such as these. Why did they lead me alone thinking that I had an option of still getting a refund by continuing to schedule a call to inquire about the refund. Why did they escalate this to upper management? It isn't unethical to inform your associate that the deal did not go through and we will deduct this amount from your next commission until we recovered our losses. This is how well established business operates and an even better business would not even penalize the associates because in the name of service, customer service they would have a bad debt fund the would handle situations like this.  It appears this business is only about money and no customer service; they might as well have only BOTs working for them because they have no compassion or empathy. I would like to take this to Arbitration, it seems like all they do is quote policies and procedures no human element to consider circumstances.  If they only had a 14 day return policy and how could offer double or triple your money back guarantee after 90 days?

      I signed up for the Fullstaq Accelertor program for $99 on May 30, 2023. I also signed up for the Business Challenge for $198. I had a call with the "mentor" and confirmed attendance to the Business Challenge on June 7, 2023. On June 8th my husband was involved in a serious roll-over vehicle accident and I was in the hospital 2 days later for a major health issue that lasted 10 days. The day after I returned home, I politely requested a refund of both items, provided copies of the receipts and explained the situation as my husband's injuries are severe and we are scheduled for multiple therapy and doctor visits that have been documented as "indefinite recovery period." I sent photos of the accident. I was informed they would refund the Accelerator program to my card but not the Business Challenge until I had attended as it was required to attend prior to providing a refund. Their only option was to move it to another date. I again explained the seriousness of my husband's accident and that I am unable to follow any of the steps, purchase any of the items required, or sit at a computer for 20 hours over 2.5 days to attend a course that is useless to me when my husband's life and health are much more important and we have doctors visits and therapies to attend. I further explained I am not at liberty to make any plans until my husband is well. They clearly do not care and have no sympathy or empathy towards our situation. It is ridiculous that I have to beg for my money back under these extenuating circumstances and have to fight for something when I have not, and do not intend to waste their time with providing training I can do nothing with. I just want my money back.

I received my refund but the only reason you finally refunded me, was after I stated I would contact my bank and file a complaint with the BBB.  I had to literally FIGHT with you to get refunded during extenuating circumstance to which you showed just how money matters and people don't.  I am not removing the complaint as it is truth and others need to know how your company works.

      After purchasing the Fullstaq Accelerator program and working on it, it became perfectly and logically clear the only one making any money was Fullstaq. They are not upfront about the cost of setting up the business as you need to purchase other things to proceed which Fullstaq makes money off of. I requested a refund of the $99 and got an email saying my refund was denied due to cc expiration. Sent them email with updated card info and have not heard or seen the refund or email response. The problem is that Fullstaq is absolutely not upfront about much of anything and you will be prompted to spend spend spend money and upsells if you want to proceed with the program.

      My team was in correspondence with you around your refund request which took place on April 3rd, 2023 and notified you the following business day that they received an error when processing your card due to your cc being expired. 

      My Support team managed the refund and updated your card within 72 hours from the time you provided the updated information. As a company we honor all of our refund request within the 14 day time refund period. We work to ensure these are managed within a 1-3 day time frame. 

      There was a slight delay as we had to escalate your refund to our accounting team to update the card information on file. 

      You were emailed and sent a screen shot of your refund processed on the 6th, the same day you submitted this complaint. I am providing the chain of correspondences between you and my support team to show that our company was in direct correspondence with you around this matter. 

      Fullstaq Marketer is upfront with our members that in order to operate a funnel you must have the tools to build and keep the funnel operating. 

      We do not own the tools they are separate entities and not owned by Fullstaq Marketer. 

      Should you need a refund for your tools our team provided you with guidance on how to do so. 

      As our team worked to provide you with a refund within 24 hours from the time of your request but was unable to do so due to your card being expired we would appreciate you resolving this complaint.

      I paid $99 to take classes at Fullstaq to become a marketer they said Id need to then purchase a domain which I knew then it was I had to download software and in their videos said to use a certain type not the 2.0 because it would cost more for no reason then it only gave me the option of the 2.0 they just keep up selling me then I went to their site to request a refund (which they put on there that nobody has ever asked for one and when click refund it takes you to a page that you cant even request about it then I went to BBB website and found a lot more people with similar complaints as mine I know I may never see that money again but its so wrong for them to do to people

      After reviewing the documents you submitted to the BBB, I see that you had inquired about a refund back in 2021. The email that you replied back to was a non-reply email that our marketing team uses. 

      The event that you attended back in April of 2021 was a free event. There were no fees to attend the event, admission was free. 

      You need to contact the hosting tools you purchased in regards to a refund as we did not process any transactions with you in the year of 2021 or there after. 

      I am requesting to please have this complaint removed as there is no transaction we can refund as the above complaint is for the hosting tools the client purchased to build her funnel. She would have needed to contact them directly to be refunded.
