    I paid $99 to take classes at Fullstaq to become a marketer they said Id need to then purchase a domain which I knew then it was I had to download software and in their videos said to use a certain type not the 2.0 because it would cost more for no reason then it only gave me the option of the 2.0 they just keep up selling me then I went to their site to request a refund (which they put on there that nobody has ever asked for one and when click refund it takes you to a page that you cant even request about it then I went to BBB website and found a lot more people with similar complaints as mine I know I may never see that money again but its so wrong for them to do to people

    Your refund was processed  04/04/2023 and you were emailed that morning notifying you that you have been refunded. 

    Our team took care of your refund request within 24 hours and your refund was processed and you were notified before you submitted this dispute. 

    As a courtesy we would appreciate you removing this complaint as we managed your refund request within less than 24 hours, please see attached documentation.

    I accepted an invite for a 2.5 day training session and had difficulty obtaining the information from the website. I was provided someone from his office to assist me and he told me I would have to figure it out on my own. I sent another email about a refund and was ignored. I had to pay for items that he received a commission on. Since I was unable to obtain the information from the program , I could never use it. I want the monthly fees returned and no contact from this company after my complaint. *************************

    Hello *******,

    After reviewing the documents you submitted to the BBB, I see that you had inquired about a refund back in 2021. The email that you replied back to was a non-reply email that our marketing team uses. 

    The event that you attended back in April of 2021 was a free event. There were no fees to attend the event, admission was free. 

    You need to contact the hosting tools you purchased in regards to a refund as we did not process any transactions with you in the year of 2021 or there after. 

    I am requesting to please have this complaint removed as there is no transaction we can refund as the above complaint is for the hosting tools the client purchased to build her funnel. She would have needed to contact them directly to be refunded.

    I subscribed to the business with the promise that they would launch my business and give me all the tools required for the business. At first the had you purchase 3 product and the continued to make yo purchase other products never mentions prior to going throat the video modules... Last night I asked a specific question as to - do they actually build your business as promised vis their advertisement but I was told no - they give you the tools to build the business - ( they said in their advertising that they would build it for me - So I thought I'd take a chance As I was attending the classes because of negative comments ( against their rule) I was rejected from the class this is a scam and they need to be held liable for the false advertising and the cost of starting a business ********************* is the *** of this company. yes they put a disclaimer on the site but they also make you think with little money you can start your own business This is bad...Very Bad and they need to be held accountable for what they are doing.....is it a legit business - yes - buy they ar lying to the public in the cost and actual setup of the business

    As I shared with you in our previous correspondences, the Business Launch Challenge does not state that they will provide you with the tools. 

    We state if you bring the tools, we will teach you how to build the house.

    There are tools needed to build a funnel for hosting, your domain and your email server. 
    Nowhere in our advertising do we state that we will build your business for you. We are an educational platform that teaches general training on digital marketing. 
    You were removed from the Business Launch challenge for not staying compliant within the event rules. 
    You were emailed around your removal and you were notified that you were refunded for your seat on the day of your removal.

    We are sorry to hear you had confusion around the event and what you would be building. 
    We hope you find a program that is better suited for you.

    I bought the $9,000 program to help my small business. I decided it was a bad decision. It wasnt helping and I wanted my money backwhich is guaranteed. They wont reply to my calls since they received my money. I want a refund. My family needs this money. Can you help??? Worst decision I ever made.

    I attended the on-line information webinar and decided to buy. Fir $99. Nothing was mentioned about more training. The very next day my husband became very ill. I never opened emails, looked at any imfo because of my husbands illness I was at hospital all the time. In fact didnt think about it again until I was trying to see about our funds due to him being ill and I was not able to go to work. When I requested refund because I needed the funds and had not opened the info Packet I was told I could not get refund due to being past 14 days. Seriously!

    I am trying to grow my business. I signed up for The Business Launch Challenge through Fullstaq. I saw ******* add on Nov 22, 2022. The Business Launch Challenge started Dec 2. I attended every painful long hour and did every I was told to do. My links would not work and I received no leads. Sunday night, Dec 4, after another long 10 hours I was exhausted. I still had no leads. Monday, Dec 7, I logged back into everything, Opened the Breakout Instructions and started over to see if I missed anything. Still nothing. I logged back in yesterday, Friday Dec 9 and now on my Bluehost site it says Critical Error. I was disgusted with paying him $134 and trying more than 3 x to get it to work. Now I'm thinking, this is how he got rich, scamming people. The people who are posting they got 10 leads and $200, actually work for him. Because I signed up Nov 22, 11 days BEFORE the actual event started, I'm not in the 14 days from purchase window. He even says he will double your money back. That's because he knows once the Launch Challenge has ended and nothing is working, your not going to be able to get a refund.

I appreciate the level in which the company has resolved my complaint and felt like they really cared about my experience overall.  ***** was friendly and knowledgeable to work with in my resolution and I sincerely appreciate her kindness and patience in resolving this matter quickly.

    *************************onstantly trying to set up emails etc to promote the owner of the business and his success but not things that had worked for me yet. It felt like I was lying. One of the ladies in tutoring class had been in for 6-8months and had only made $100 but keep in mind we are shelling out $300-600+ a month in all the applications, clicks, ads etc. At the end of the day I didnt want this to be a get rich quick business but I had no idea that after paying all this upfront money there would be so much more monthly fees that I just could not keep up with and limited direct help. I felt discouraged throughout the process and felt like I just got suckered into this business to make the owner more money . I had to cancel all the subscriptions this week bc it was costing me more & more money. Its never ending steps of sending out 100s of emails (felt very harassing) about webinars and the owners success. I felt mislead and like I made the worst business decision that took my money.
