As I was nearing completion of my ******** summit, I learned through Zero ***** that my funnel for promoting the Business Launch Challenge wasn't working, (********** was the company I was paying for traffic/leads) I tried to resolve my funnel issues but couldn't so I went to my Elite ************** and there I discovered that the Business Launch Challenge had been eliminated! ****, one of the FullStaq contributors posted this news on the **************. I had to find out on ********. The program I paid for in order to have the ability to earn up to $4400.00 "earn while you learn" was gone. **** stated they would launch an upgraded version in July. I waited. Nothing. Finally in October ***** and *** (from ****************) unveiled their new program which was not anything like the Business Launch Challenge, and I was going to have to pay an additional $3000.00 to be a part of.Business Response

Thank you for the opportunity to formally address *** Brixeys dispute regarding her purchase of the Elite Black Program. At Fullstaq Marketer, we are deeply committed to supporting our clients in their entrepreneurial journey, providing them with the training, tools, and resources needed to build and grow their businesses. We take all concerns seriously and want to ensure that every client receives the value they were promised.
*** ****** purchased the Elite Black Program on January 17, 2024, and digitally signed our course agreement, which clearly outlined the product details, access to training, and refund policy. The agreement explicitly states that refunds are not available beyond the designated period. *** ****** submitted her refund request well beyond the eligibility window.
During her time in the program, she actively engaged with our resources but did not complete all of her available training, including higher-level coursework designed to help her maximize results. Her participation includes:
Elite Black Bootcamp Course: 100% completed
EB Tutoring Sessions: Five (5) out of twelve (12) tutoring sessions attended
Funnel Labs: 32% completed
Traffic Labs: 0% completed
Conversion Labs: 0% completed
Masters Labs: 0% completed
Elite follow-ups at 1 week, 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days
As a company, we continually evolve our offerings to provide the best experience for our clients. In Summer 2024, we transitioned the Business Launch Challenge (BLC) into a structured, self-paced course called the Internet Income Accelerator (IIA). This new format allows clients greater flexibility to build their funnels at their own pace, ensuring they can still achieve the same results within ************************************* the original live event.
The transition was clearly communicated to our Affiliates in Summer 2024, and the new course and funnel were made available in August 2024. While the format changed, the core "earn while you learn" opportunity remained intact, giving participants the ability to generate commissions by promoting the program.
As an Elite Member, *** ****** was eligible to earn Class 2 Affiliate commissions, meaning she could earn up to 30% commissions on any Elite sales, which aligns with the $4,440 per sale potential she referenced.
In Summer 2024, we announced that we would no longer be selling the Elite Program; however, we fully honored all commitments to existing Elite members who were still within their one-year fulfillment period.
This included:
12 weeks of tutoring
4 live quarterly summit events (weekly classes)
Class 2 affiliate commissions
Access to the ************** Mastermind group
Additionally, in October 2024, we launched a new weekly mastermind program called Elevate, which provides continued education and support for our Affiliates. Elite members, including *** ******, were given the opportunity to earn 30% commissions on this new product as well.
We recognize that transitions can sometimes be challenging, which is why we have actively attempted to connect with *** ****** on multiple occasions to address her concerns and find a resolution:
October 11, 2024 Our Affiliate Manager spoke with *** ****** and explained the transition. She expressed frustration, and we offered to walk her through available options, including continued affiliate opportunities. She declined assistance and stated she would seek other means to recover her money.
November 8, 2024 Our Affiliate Manager made a follow-up call, left a voicemail, and sent a scheduling link. *** ****** did not book a scheduled appointment.
December 20, 2024 We sent another email reiterating our willingness to assist. The email included a scheduling link for a direct conversation, but *** ****** has not engaged with our team since.
*** Brixeys refund request falls outside of the agreed refund period, and she has continued access to all the training, support, and affiliate opportunities originally promised to her at the time of purchase. We have made multiple good-faith efforts to assist her, clarify her concerns, and explore solutions, but she has chosen not to engage with our team.
Given that she signed our course agreement, participated in multiple aspects of the program, and still has full access to the promised resources, we respectfully request that this dispute be closed.
We remain open to assisting *** ****** should she choose to engage in a productive conversation.Customer Answer

Then launched a new program, 5 months later, called Elevate which is Nothing like what I purchased. Then Fullstag wanted $3000.00 dollars more for me to be a part of Elevate.

Everything I paid for was canceled by Fullstaq. I even purchased Artifice which provided me with pre-written emails to help me promote the Business Launch Challenge for $999.00 and within weeks, literally weeks with the Business Launch Challenge gone, I had no use for it.
This is about bad Business, taking people's hard earned money for something then telling them that something is no longer available but you can pay more money to be a part of a different something. Do you think that something is going to be around in 6 months? Do you really think a person trusts a business that does this? Its important to clarify that the Elite Black Program you purchased has not been discontinued or canceled. While we announced in Summer 2024 that we would no longer be selling the Elite Program to new members, all existing Elite Members including yourself have retained full access to the programs benefits and resources.
You still have access to everything outlined in your original purchase agreement, including:
Full access to the Elite training modules and resources.
Your Class 2 affiliate status allowing you to earn 30% commissions on sales.

Your place in the ******************************* for networking and guidance.
Participation in the live summit events and ongoing affiliate training.
Nothing you paid for has been removed or restricted. The transition was simply a shift in how we deliver the program to new clients not a cancellation of the resources you purchased and currently have access to.We communicated the transition from the Business Launch Challenge (BLC) to the Internet Income Accelerator (IIA) with all affiliates in Summer 2024. The *** was designed to provide greater flexibility by allowing you to build and launch your funnel at your own pace while maintaining the same earning potential through commissions.
You were not left without a path to success. The transition was intended to improve the experience by giving you more control over your schedule and the ability to build your business on your own terms.
We understand that you were frustrated by the introduction of the Elevate program in October 2024. To be absolutely clear:
Elevate is optional and was introduced as an additional resource for affiliates looking to deepen their training and receive more advanced support.
Your existing affiliate status and earning potential were not affected by this new offering.You were not required to purchase Elevate to maintain your Class 2 affiliate status or commission structure.

This is a matter of a bait and switch program. I intend to pursue this matter but was hoping it could be resolved here with the Better Business Bureau.
Fullstaq Marketing never reached out to me regarding any of this. They are dishonest and deceptive.
Again, I appreciate the efforts of the Better Business Bureau. I hope to enlighten others so they do not fall prey to this company.

I am rejecting this response because: I paid ********* to promote the Business Launch Challenge in January of 2024. In less than 6 months FullStaq dissolved the Business Launch Challenge. The Business Launch Challenge was replaced with Uplevel which is nothing like what I purchased. I would have never purchased Uplevel.FullStaq took my money, then dissolved the program I bought. Therefore, I am requesting a refund.
FullStaq is a dishonest company and they have zero respect for their customers and the money people entrust them with. No one from FullStaq has Ever reached out to me regarding the dissolvement of the Business Launch Challenge.

On December 29, 2023 you signed and acknowledged your Elite application and put a deposit down in the amount of $998.00. Fullstaq Marketer has a 14 day refund policy which we whole heartdely stanby.
In your application we provide the refund policy for you to acknowledge and be aware of that any payments outside of the 14 days are non refundable and that should you not be able to keep your commitment to going Elite that you would keep ************ in exchange for your application fee.
Your access to ************ was provided to you on December 29th, 2023 once your payment and application were signed.
I have provided supporting documentation below, which you are welcome to review. As a company we would have been happy to process your request had it come in within the 14 day time period.

Back in 11/2023. i talked to a senior advisor name *** from fullstaq marketer regarding elite mastermind program. he told me application fee is $998 and monthly subscription is $49 a month.I can use the program as long as i am sign up for monthly. He did not explain to me about 12 month contract. I did reach out to support center multiple times to cancel my monthly subscription. each time, they said someone will contact me shortly. it's been three days. I have not hear anything from them.I did sign the application not knowing that there is 12 month requirement.I would like to know if there is cancellation fee? Is there way i can prepay for the remainder of the 12 months to cancel my monthly subscription. Fullstaq contacted me via email and wanted me to schedule a call time. I selected 3PM Nov 1st. This was apparently a web call, so they sent me a link saying your call is scheduled in 24 hours. I then recieved another stating call starts in 1 hour, and then a 3rd email stating call starts in 10 minutes. Well I was on the call 5 minutes before hand and stayed on until 3:05 and nobody ever joined the call. It's the same thing with them all the time. Its about a refund on a money back guarantee, and they will not cooperate.
Of course I emailed them, letting them know that I appreciate them wasting my time, and that it was obvious their time was more valuable than mine.
I sent them 2 attachments of the receipts that need refunded as well. But surprising enough, they haven't responded.

Our Marketing team typically sends out 2 emails per day. If you had just signed up for the Business Launch Challenge and purchased your tools you may have been receiving several emails per day from the different marketing teams the tools (Bluehost, ************, and Getresposne) are associated with. It's important to note that these tools are separate companies from Fullstaq Marketer and we are unable to control the volume of emails being sent by other companies.
I will be happy to provide this feedback to our team as we optimize our event and factor in the tools we use for the BLC's.
As for your refund request, our policy can be found on our website and the details around refunds are also available on our checkout pages.

years, and $2000 for 2 years of get response.com and $1800 for 3 years of *************.com. And I am still paying the loan I had to get in order to become an elite member with fullstaqmarketer.com. The loan to pay for this service was $5036.Now they have more tutorials, on a new elite level, for me to buy to help my success. I will not buy. This opportunity is valid. But it does not work for everyone like they lead you to believe. I believed everything, from the first ad on youtube.com to the emails sent to me with links to more videos. I do not believe now that anyone can succeed with their services, like they told me multiple times. If you do not have the money to spend on this outside of your normal spending then you should probably pass on this.. Overall I have been very disappointed.

She has not been engaged within out community and is pursuing a refund outside of our 14 day refund policy.

When you started in 2021, we offered 4 weeks of tutoring for our Elite members. If you have been a part of Fullstaq over the this last year, then you likely have heard that we have 12 weeks of tutoring now provided to all of our Elite members and ongoing ******************************************************************** the C4 frame work (Conquer the mind, capture the lead, copywriting and conversions).
In addition to the 12 weeks of tutoring and ongoing training, we have monthly check ins available for our Elite members with our Concierge team.
I would like to personally speak to you around the cost you paid for your tools as the claims of spending thousands on tools seems very high and inaccurate.There are costs associated when operating any business whether it be an online business or a brick and mortar business.The tools required to build and operate your funnel are not owned by Fullstaq Marketer but we do factor in the monthly cost of the tools and recommend to our members that they select the basic packages for the tools.
Get response is $19 a month and ************ is $97 a month, these companies do offer higher plans but that is not what we recommend. This can be reviewed on the Thank You Page after you purchase your seat for the Business Launch Challenge.We have a great program, and have several resources to support our Elite members. We have team members on staff who are dedicated to just opting into our members funnels to provide feedback and guidance.
The support is here but it is necessary to reach out for it. I would love to have a team member personally work with you and have you complete the 12 week tutoring program and register for the Quarterly Summit events.We have an excellent class currently happening around Mindset and ****************.

I had a call today from *********************, customer strength manager, she made an offer to settle and I would like to thank BBB for your assistant with this matter and I now withdraw my request to Arbitrate. Thank You and *********************.cy only being 14 days, he wanted to ensure I secured funding by 8/18/23.After I could not secure a business loan, I reached back out to ***** informing him that I could not move forward with the program and I requested a refund of my $2900 down payment. I believe it was 8/17/23 that I requested a refund of my down payment. No response, I have emailed FullStaq Marketer. They set up a call 8/23/23 and informed me that they had to elevate my concern to upper management and that I should hear something back in 5 days. No response again. On 8/31/23 I sent another email to there customer service refund department, I received a response on 9/4/23 stating a 14 day refund policy but they want to set up another call for me to see if they are able to refund me. They are able to refund me, I haven't used any Elite exclusive training and they misrepresented themselves by providing me an option of making a down payment with the intension of qualifying for a business line of credit to pay the rest.Business Response

Our Advisor team is there to assess your Business goals. As you expressed interest in the Elite program but did not have the ability to join the Elite program at that time he suggested you start with the $2,900 Master Staq program. This program provides you with the digital courses so you can work through the training and start mastering how to become a digital marketer.
Like any other company we do have a refund policy. This is stated on our website, and on our checkout pages.
In addition we provide our members with their Digital Course Agreement. Which outlines what they are *********** and what our companys policies are.
This was provided to you on 7/24/2023 and you signed that you acknowledged the Digital Course Agreement on 07/24/2023.
While we understand you may be upset to learn that you requested outside of the refund policy, everything was outlined and disclosed to you at the time of purchase.
Our company refund policy is 14 days as we are an *************************** and our Affiliates are paid out on the 14th day.
Although you may not have used all of the product, your Affiliate who referred you has been paid out and it would be unethical for us to remove their commission.
We had requested for you to book a call with me directly so we could see if your request that came outside of the refund window warranted an exception. I am rejecting this response because everyone has a policy and set of guidelines that they follow. This is why they have managers in place to make the necessary decision when you have an extenuating circumstances such as these. Why did they lead me alone thinking that I had an option of still getting a refund by continuing to schedule a call to inquire about the refund. Why did they escalate this to upper management? It isn't unethical to inform your associate that the deal did not go through and we will deduct this amount from your next commission until we recovered our losses. This is how well established business operates and an even better business would not even penalize the associates because in the name of service, customer service they would have a bad debt fund the would handle situations like this. It appears this business is only about money and no customer service; they might as well have only BOTs working for them because they have no compassion or empathy. I would like to take this to Arbitration, it seems like all they do is quote policies and procedures no human element to consider circumstances. If they only had a 14 day return policy and how could offer double or triple your money back guarantee after 90 days?

Yes. I received my refund but the only reason you finally refunded me, was after I stated I would contact my bank and file a complaint with the BBB. I had to literally FIGHT with you to get refunded during extenuating circumstance to which you showed just how money matters and people don't. I am not removing the complaint as it is truth and others need to know how your company works.

I paid over $15k for the course which I have been learning a lot. I don't regret it but I have been working HARD, taking time off work, paying thousands on traffic and ******** ads (Money that I don't have) for someone else to get credit for MY SALE!!! My team was in correspondence with you around your refund request which took place on April 3rd, 2023 and notified you the following business day that they received an error when processing your card due to your cc being expired.
My Support team managed the refund and updated your card within 72 hours from the time you provided the updated information. As a company we honor all of our refund request within the 14 day time refund period. We work to ensure these are managed within a 1-3 day time frame.
There was a slight delay as we had to escalate your refund to our accounting team to update the card information on file.
You were emailed and sent a screen shot of your refund processed on the 6th, the same day you submitted this complaint. I am providing the chain of correspondences between you and my support team to show that our company was in direct correspondence with you around this matter.
